Participation Requirements General Requirements Participation is limited to organizations registered and operating in Saudi Arabia Participant organizations should have 50 or more employees excluding top management (CEO and first line officers reporting to CEO) All participant organizations should complete, sign and submit the list application form prior to specified dateline In time payment of participation fees Key Terms and Conditions Complying to the defined schedule for the assessment process. Providing all necessary support during the Survey Administration and the HR Practices Review phases. Avoiding any kind of interference that might affect the survey results by any means.
