Special Provisions under bidder's scope : Supplier shall provide suitable skilled, unskilled services manpower with spares and necessary T & Ps at site during the guarantee period of 24 months from the date of handing over of equipments at Jagdishpur (UP) for uninturrupted operation of the equipments and reducing the breakdown period. BHEL shall provide suitable office cum storage space for the maintenance staff at site of work during the guarantee period. NOTE : (1) Value of the work actually executed on site in terms of Cl 16 of SCC i.e terms of payment shall be arrieved at upon completion of following activities in full or parts under head (a), (b) and (c ) defined below: (2) Billing breakup for payment purpose shall be as per following (a) Supply at site of above equipments duly verified by BHEL/ consultant as per Bill of material = 90% of all above item nos. (b) Installation of supplied equipments = 5 % of all item nos. (c ) Testing and commissioning of installed equipments and handing over = 5% of all item nos. Note : Service tax including edu. cess and SAH edu. cess at applicable rate on grand total as per SCC Clause 8.3 shall be payable extra .
