Master Safety Enterprises Ltd. was founded in 1988 by Andre Machielsen. He has over twenty five years of extensive experience in project, general management and consultancy services within the security sector. Master Safety Enterprises Ltd. was founded because of the ever increasing demand for security services on the Eastern Seaboard. Andre was a former Safety/Security Officer off-shore for oil exploration companies. He also was a consultant and senior systems designer with the Shinawatra Computer and Communications Group of Companies where he was appointed Executive Director. He was responsible for specifying and designing a complete integrated security system for 29 Prisons throughout Thailand for the Department of Corrections with a value of US$ 24.5 mln. Andre resides since 1975 in Thailand and speaks Thai fluently.

18 years experience in the industry; knowledge and skills as a proven security and business manager, served as a Managing Director for multinational companies for 7 years, acted as Senior Strategic Advisor for the major Kashagan Oil and Gas Project, extensive experience in leading multicultural teams in high risk areas, a team player in challenging transitional and changing business environments, a strong believer in effective stakeholder engagement, in touch with modern security challenges and appropriate risk-based and cost-effective solutions and experienced in security management system- and process design and implementation.
