HELLO MAXCARNAGE THIS IS A GROUP PROJECT AND MY GROUP JUST START THE PROJECT SO WE DONT HAVE TO WRITE EVERYTHINGGOOD

NEWS THE BAD NEW IS THAT WE HAVE TO FOLLOW WHAT PRICILLA START THIS IS THE DISCUSSION BETWEEN PRICILLA,TYRUS AND ME. ALSO ATTACH I WILL SEND YOU WHAT PRICILLA FINISH

Hi Guys, I found me a topic for our group. I am thinking topic should be Strategic Business Decisions in the Workplace, What do you guys think. Because this topic relates to employees, unemployment, money, income, business decisions, management, supervision etc. I am taking over Steps 3, 4, and 5 for Sekaran Research Process. I'm already starting all three of them I should be done today or tomorrow. Somebody have to be leader to make sure our group project have the following listed below:

Group Research and Case Analysis The assignments on research you have completed so far have taken you through a step-by-step process on how to develop and design formal research. In this capstone assignment, you will use all the knowledge and skills you have developed over the past weeks and apply it to a published research as part of a group activity. This assignment consists of a fully APA Style 6th edition formatted paper (8-10 pages) in which the group analyzes a recently published business research study (a group choice) selected from the academic literature. The group analysis should be framed against each and every one of the steps presented in the Sekaran & Bougie (2010) research process and founded on the skills developed in previous assignments of this course. Click here to view the Sekaran diagram on the research process. The analysis itself should be a comparative assessment of how well the author (or authors) of the selected research have fulfilled (or not) each of the steps and sub-steps presented in figure 4.1 of the textbook (please note: it is highly recommended to review Chapters 4 through 6 in the Sekaran book for a refresher on the earlier research processes that have been covered in this course). The focus of the analysis should be on the research process, not as much on the research content itself. Be careful not to paraphrase what the author(s) has already stated in the published research. Again the analysis should be on assessing the adherence to the research process. Look at not only each step (and sub steps) but also how each step serves as a "stepping stone" for the next step. The interrelationships among the steps are also relevant to the analysis. The specific published research selected for the group project should have between 15-25 pages in length (please note: this is the scholarly article that your team will be critiquing), recently published (2003 or better) and contain the basic components of a formal research project (a literature review, statement of the problem, hypothesis or hypotheses, data collected and analyzed to test the stated hypothesis, etc.), preferably of a business related topic. The study can be quantitative, qualitative or mixed. Remember to include the source of the study as one of the citations in your fully APA Style 6th edition formatted references section so your instructor can search and review, if necessary. Your work MUST include a reference list. All research should be cited in the body of the paper. Reports without citations may not earn any higher grade than a 'C' letter grade. Your report should contain an abstract, a short introduction, and conclusion in addition to the body of the paper. Please note that if you have a source in your reference section, you need to cite it in the body of the paper per APA guidelines and vice-versa. Scholarly Databases may be accessed in the Library. I think the topic, Strategic Business Decisions in the Workplace is a good idea. I can start working on steps 1 and 2. I am looking to have my portion of the assignment completed by Friday night. This will allow us to combine our section and provide any feedback. It does sound like a great topic Pricillia. I was looking at your converstaion you posted here, I know I wouldn't be the best person for the APA formatting, that is something I am struggling with a lot.

Somebody have to be leader to make sure every step and the group project is right. I am not very good at leading, but I did chose a great topic for our group. Here is mine.
