PUBLIC NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held September 04, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. at the EAST FORK JUSTICE COURT, 1038 Buckeye Road, Minden, State of Nevada to consider the following matter: A court of common law will have a Public Hearing for the status of Kynett, Leslie Todd for the Motion on that status to be changed to non resident alien of the United States Inc. This Public Notice of a Public Hearing is in accordance with the North West Ordinance, fifth paragraph wherein does it read; There shall also be appointed a court to consist of three judges, any two of whom to form a court, who shall have a common law jurisdiction, and reside in the district, and have each therein a freehold estate in 500 acres of land while in the exercise of their offices; and their commissions shall continue in force during good behavior.
