• Comprehend the concepts of cyberpreneur and cyberpreneurship

• Apprehend the concepts of innovation and creativity in cyberpreneurial


setting

• Understand the basics of cyberpreneurial management, financing and


marketing

• Comprehend the importance of business plan

• Understand the business plan components and design

• Understand real life examples of cyberpreneurs through case study analysis

• Employ the concepts learned in the real life situations

Course Evaluation
Class Participation : 10%
* Lecture starts from week 1 and ends in week 4.
* Less than 75% attendance will automatically fail regardless of the assignments marks
obtained.

Assignment I (Business Plan) : 30%


* Plagiarized submissions will be rejected.
Assignment II (Project Implementation & Presentation) : 50%
* Spot-check will be conducted.
* Each group is given 10 min presentation time.
* All group members must attend their presentation slot.
* It is NOT required to have all members conducting the presentation.
* Hardcopy & softcopy of presentation materials must be submitted together with Assignment III.

Assignment III (Final Report) : 10%


* Plagiarized submissions will be rejected.
Total : 100%

Attendance
1. Attendance at all classes is required.

2. Less than 75% attendance –


Student will automatically fail regardless of the assignments marks obtained.

3. Please sign your name on the Attendance List at all classes.

4. If you are caught “absent” TWICE or ABOVE with attendance signed,


20 marks will be deducted from your coursework marks.

5. Attendance is not participation. Class involvement is encouraged.


Please give your name whenever you answer questions in class.
