WHEREAS, on August 16, 2013, the Court issued a written ruling in the writ of mandate phase of this proceeding directing the parties to meet and confer on a briefing schedule and a hearing date to address the remedy issues raised by the court in the ruling; and WHEREAS, the parties have met and agreed to a briefing schedule and hearing date as requested by the Court; THEREFORE, the parties agree that: 1) Plaintiffs will file their opening brief on or before September 16, 2013 and serve defendants the same day by electronic transmission and ovemight mail; 2) Defendants will file their opposition brief on or before October 11, 2013 and serve plaintiffs the same day by electronic transmission and ovemight mail; 3) Plaintiffs will file their reply brief on or before October 25, 2013 and serve defendants the same day by electronic transmission ovemight mail; and 4) The hearing will take place on November 8, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in Department 31.
