online channel. Kindly take note of the following reminders and time periods:

Rewards Redemption Once the Bank has accepted the redemption request, the said redemption cannot be changed, transferred, cancelled or refunded. It will take 2-3 weeks for your redemption to be processed and reflected/updated in your account. All redemption with incomplete details shall be rejected. Item Redemption Rewards Items featured in the Rewards Catalogue are subject to availability and are offered only while stocks last. Should the item being redeemed is already out ot stock, cardholder shall be requested to make another redemption via the online redemption form. For item(s) for Pick up at Redemption Centers: Please allow 2-3 weeks for Delivery of Claim Advice. For item(s) for Delivery: Please allow 3 weeks for delivery of Rewards Item(s) within Metro Manila and 4 weeks for Provincial addresses. For items redeemed under the Fast Track + 0% Installment option, the indicated amount to be debited (PHP) is the monthly amortization. Kindly see specified tenor in the Item Description. Claim Voucher The Claim Advice is valid within sixty (60) days from the claiming start date indicated on the Claim Advice. Expired claim advice will no longer be extended and accepted. Lost, stolen, damaged or expired claim voucher will not be replaced. Mileage Redemption Cardholder must be enrolled to the HSBCs Mileage Programme before Bonus Points can be converted to miles. Bonus Points cannot be converted to any existing Mileage Programme under a different name. Mabuhay Miles should be redeemed in increments of 1,500 miles. Asia Miles and Kris Flyer should be redeemed in increments of 1,000 miles. Once transferred, Bonus Points cannot be transferred back to the cardholders account or retransferred to another participating Mileage Programme. Please allow 2 weeks for processing of mileage redemption.
