Mr.Sc.Dr. Halil ( Zukë) AJVAZI - Ophthalmologist & Mikrokirurg,

born on 05.03.XXXX, in the village Qarr, Municipal Assembly of Bujanoc, from the
father Zuka (Tafil) AJVAZI and mother Xhemile (Sadri-Jakupi) AJVAZI. Permanent
dwelling in the village Petrit (Petroc), Municipality of Dardana- Gjilan, Republic of
Kosova

Education Background:

Primary School performed in Petrit and Miresh (Dobërcan), whereas the Secondary
School performed in Gjilan, Technical lab. branch of Medical Biochemi, as well as
Faculty of medicine – general section performed at University of Medical Faculty in
Craiova (UMFC) – Rumania, 1995 year.

I am specialist in the field of Ophthalmology and Sub Specialist of Microsurgery in

Ophthalmology. Techniques (Systematic procedures) of Microsurgery from the field of
Ophthalmology carried out at the Hospital Center of Tirana University “Nëna Terezë” in
Tirana, Republic of Albania, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Sulejman ZHUGLI, chief
of the Clinic and Mentor Prof. Assoc. Pajtim LUTAJ in 2003 year.
I have also specialized at the Hospital University Strasbourg (HUS) – Strasbourg of
France, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Jacques FLAMENT with a period of 12 months,
to advancing Microsurgery procedures in the field of Ophthalmology, by the
recommendation of his Mentor from the Ophthalmologic ward and Clinical Center of
Kosova University – Prishtinë.

As a teacher i have several years work experience at the Secondary School of

professional medicine “Dr. ASLLAN ELEZI” Surgical Section Gjilan.

I have been working as a chairman and presiding the medical commission, key founder
and compiler of practical and applicable law, determining the damages according to
bodies, systems and general organization to evaluating the work capabilities to disabled
persons (PPAK), on international certificates by the experts of IMF with MLSW (code:
1549) at the state levels during a period of time 2004-2007.
Currently i’m working as an Ophthalmologist at the Department of Ophthalmology in the
Regional Hospital Center – Gjilan.
Currently i’m working as teacher-professor for Ophthalmology at the University of
Medical Sciences-Faculty of Medicine“REZONANCA”.
Post graduate Master studies of first category i’ve performed in 2006 year, graduated in
the Neuro-Ophthalmology, studies were guided by Prof. Dr. Branimir CEROVSKI,
Shalata III/ Medical University B. Zagreb, Republic of Croatia.

Postgraduate Master Studies i have registered in the 2002/2007 School year, at the
Faculty of Medicine in Prishtinë, branch of Ophthalmology – Surgical Science.
With the index No. 29/01 Surgical subjects, an average record: 8,71, public presentation
of Masters work with a title: “Neurovascular Glaucoma treated at the Department of
eyes in Prishtinë”.

Languages skills:
French, German, Rumanian, Serbo-Croatian and Italian fluently both spoken and written,
while English and Spanish little.
