Objectives of the Study The general objective of this study is to develop a computerized college voting system for Cavite State University Silang Campus. Furthermore, this study has the following specific objectives:

1. To design the system with the following features. a) To have a user friendly interface. b) To have a completely secured the data. c) To have a more convenient process of election.

2. To construct the system as designed. 3. To test and improved the developed system. 4. To evaluate the system in terms of the following criteria. a) Accuracy b) Reliability c) Security
