According to my observation, most women have become family breadwinners and leaders that there are many no emotions in a way traditionally thought to be typically of men who consider that women belong to the kitchen, which they only should take care of the children. But now, they have had equal rights to accept high education and have jobs to earn money to support their family. Moreover, some women play the important roles in the societies. Some of them have become commune chiefs and the commune councils, so they can work to help other women have become members of parliament and managers of private companies and non-organizations. Another thing, through the real situation in the society to job growth and efficiency but recognize that "Women are the back bone of the economy and society".
