WHITE RUM

The backbone of Tiki Lovers White Rum comes from the fragrant shores of Jamaica. Aged in the Tropics in small wood for 3 to 5 years, this fine pot still rum is blended with smooth rum from Trinidad and then charcoal filtered to remove color, but not flavor. In a final flourish, a crisp fresh crystal clear column still rum is added creating premium aged white rum with complex fruity and floral notes. Tiki Lovers White Rum ist eine Vermhlung ausgesuchter, charaktervoller Einzelrums destilliert in Jamaika und auf Trinidad. Die kraftvollen, esterreichen Jamaikarums werden im Pot Still Verfahren destilliert und lagern zwischen 3 und 5 Jahren in kleinen Eichenfssern unter der karibischen Sonne, bevor diese mit weichem, in Column Stills destilliertem Trinidad Rum verblendet werden. Der Lagerung schliet sich eine Filtration durch Holzkohle an, wobei die durch das Reifen gewonnene Farbe dem Rum entzogen wird ohne das Aroma zu beeintrchtigen. Tiki Lovers White Rum ist ein samtiger, weier Rum der reichhaltige fruchtige und blumige Aromen besitzt.

DARK RUM

700 ml, 57 % Alc. by Vol.

Tiki Lovers Dark Rum is a perfect marriage between Jamaican pot still rum and Barbados rum aged between 2 and 3 years. Barrels age on tropic shores creating an ideal mix between wood and spirit. The final touch is a small blend of fresh column still rums from both Trinidad and Guyana. Complex and rich with hints of vanilla and spice, this rum evokes the flavor of the Islands. Tiki Lovers balanced blend is fantastic on its own but shines bright in cocktails. Tiki Lovers Dark Rum ist ein Blend ausgesuchter, charaktervoller Einzelrums, die aus 4 verschiedenen Regionen der Karibik und Sdamerika stammen. Kraftvolle, schwere Jamaikarums und wrzige Demerara Rums aus Guyana werden im Pot Still Verfahren destilliert und reifen anschlieend fr 2 bis 3 Jahre in kleinen Eichenfssern, die vormals Bourbon Whiskey enthielten. Nach der anschlieenden Vermhlung mit leichteren Rums aus Trinidad und Barbados folgt zuletzt eine Ruhephase zur Harmonisierung. Ob Mai Tai, Dark & Stormy oder Rum Punch dieser Dark Rum bildet eine kraftvolle Basis die sich gegen Sfte und Sirupe hervorragend durchsetzen kann.

90 ml Clement Creole Shrub 180 ml fresh Lime Juice 270 ml fresh Pomelo Juice 90 ml Passion Fruit Syrup 6 dashes The Bitter Truth Creole Bitters 6 dashes Angostura Bitters

Fill crushed ice into a big funnel and put it into a freezer until its coalesceded. T urn the funnel and place the ice into the middle of a tiki bowl like an iceberg. Stir all ingredients with ice in a big stirring glass and strain around the iceberg into the bowl.

Mix all ingredients except ginger beer in a blender and pour into a tiki mug. T op with ginger beer.

40 ml 20 ml 2 dashes 20 ml 20 ml Tiki Lovers Dark Rum Appleton Special Gold Rum Angostura Bitters fresh Lemon Juice fresh Lime Juice 100 ml Pineapple Juice 20 ml Sugar Syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint, a slice of pineapple and a cocktail cherry.

Burn sage in mixing glass with dark rum, add all other ingredients and shake with ice cubes. Strain into a tiki mug filled with crushed ice.

Fill an emty half of a coconut shell with crushed ice and pour all ingredients into the shell. Swirl with a spoon until the drink is cold enough. Garnish with crushed raspberries and blueberries and serve with colourful straws and a tribute dance!

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with an oversized ice cube. Garnish with a slice of star fruit.

* Kola Tonic: 1 liter Red Bull Cola, 1 cinnamon stick, peel of 1 orange, 1 star anise, 1 dash nutmeg, 2 tablespoons sugar, 60 ml fresh lemon juice. Reduce by boiling to 100 ml.

Shake with ice and fine strain into a mini tiki mug filled with crushed ice. Garnish with star anise, orange peel, mint and a cherry.
