Major difference between a 2-channel and a 4-channel VNG system 2-channel One eye is looking at the setting while the other is being is recorded. A 2-channel VNG system will be preferred for an ENT/Audiology practice whose population of dizzy patients consists mostly of vestibular patients with mechanical (BPPVs) and sensory dysfunctions.
