Office of the Governor Nathan Deal 206 Washington Street 111 State Capitol Atlanta, Georgia 30334 August

23rd, 2013 Governor Deal, This letter serves to inform you about official misconduct occurring within the Richmond County Sheriffs Office and requests that the Governor look into it. To date, Sheriff Roundtree has failed to return any phone calls or emails made to him so as to confirm his receipt and understanding of the criminal complaints I have made regarding events and people at the Doctors Hospital in Augusta, Georgia. Said phone calls and emails requested Mr. Roundtree's personal call back to me. Secondly, Mr. Roundtree has been requested to provide his oath of office to me. Said request has been unacknowledged to date. Thirdly, Richard Roundtree has directed Chief Deputy Patrick Clayton to cease conversations with the Sheriffs Office going so far as to threaten harassment charges against me for calling to confirm the receipt of my formal criminal allegations. Mr. Patrick Clayton has also refused to provide his oath of office to me after being requested to do so. This case is about the aggravated kidnapping of my son (victim redacted) from the Doctors Hospital in Augusta, Georgia on December 6th, 2012. Attached are several emails evidencing my assertions. Please look into this matter for me. (parent redacted)
