NUTRITION CONTENT:1. RICH IN PROTEIN OF ABOUT 36%. 2. OIL CONTENT OF 20%. 3. FIBER CONTENT RICH IS USED FOR CATTLE FEED.

TIPS:1. THE SOYA OIL WHICH LOOKS BRIGHT IS OLDER ONE. 2. LARGE QUANTITY OF USE OF SOYA SAUCE MAKES THE FOOD BITTER.

ABOUT COMPANY:1. THE COMPANY COVERS A LAND OF 6-9 ACRES. 2. IT HAS SEPARATE GODOWN FOR RECEIVING AND DUMPING. 3. UNDER GROUND CONVEYORS ARE USED FOR MOVING PRODUCT. 4. HAS BIG TUNNELS FOR STORING PURPOSE. 5. USE CODE WORDS TO OPERATE MACHINES. 6. IT HAS PLANT FOR OIL REFINING.

CLEANING AND PURIFICATION


Cleaning involves the following, Outside the seed: 1. Impurities like dust, mud, sand, etc, . . . has to be removed. 2. Non-matured seeds, seeds with defection has to be removed. Inside the seed: 1. Oil content in seed has to be decreased. 2. Acid content in it has to be reduced. Best quality: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 10% moisture 2% impurities 2% damage 0% oil content 30-40% protein

Purification process undergoes, 1. Grade 1: best quality, for human consumption. 2. Grade 2: medium quality for oil production. 3. Grade 3: low quality for cattle consumption. Some best varities of soya are 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. PIC 472 JS 336 JS 80 21 CD 1 MACS 55

The waste product of the above are sent as cattle feed too. The above cleaned and purified seeds are taken to toasting.

OIL EXTRACTION
Of the total 20% oil content, 18%can be easily extracted through normal purpose. But the remaining 2% removal is quite difficult. 18% is removed by toasting the seed. Toasting not only removes the oil content but adds Flavour to the seed. After toasting the seeds were grained. The grained product yields, 1. Floor 2. Flakes 3. Tvp Untoasted seed are used for consumption as it gives stomach ache. In order to remove the remaining oil content the solvent extraction method is used. 1. The solvent here used is hexane. 2. Product and hexane mixture is raised to temperature of 66 degree Celsius. 3. The byproduct is used for detergent preparation. Again this is used to produce the following, 1. Soya vadaam With caramel is especially used along with meat. 2. Slided tvp Mince with high protein content 3. Chunks. The same machine is used to produce these finished products. The only differ in the hole basis.

CONCLUSION
The leisure product of soya bean after it is toasted were used in chocolate Preparation. One seed has lot of uses in it. And to a healthy asian continental food. But mostly its products were exported. We should create awareness about this healthy Food to our people also.
