Farm Manager
(Southern Tagalog - Laurel, Batagas)

Responsibilities:

• create and execute yearly operational farm plan

• Manage a biodynamic Vegetable Garden and grow a Flower Garden
• Start a Reforestation Program
• Manage live stock program for farm lots
• Manage hourly farm labor
• Direct planting, maintenance of crops, harvesting and preparation of produce
• Maintain farm records for accounting, analysis, organic certification, etc.
• Secure all necessary permits and do community relations
• Maintain cottages, boats, and other facilities
• Conduct inventory, stock and maintenance of farm tools & equipment
• Develop the land to be self-sustaining
• Travel to markets and to acquire needed equipment
• Maintain & strengthen relationships with existing and new customers and partners

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree ,

Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Lead and direct operational farm plan, planting, harvesting,
crop maintenance, use and maintenance of farm tools and equipment.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 5 years of working experience as Asst. Farm Manager/Farm
Manager particularly for agricultural crops/vegetable garden/flower garden.
Experienced in planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring programs with
corresponding budget and timeline requirements.
• Stay-in, applicants must be willing to work in Laurel,Batangas
• Computer literate, must have good stocks monitoring and inventory
• With high tolerance in dirt, moist, heat, cold, moisture and outdoor allergens
• Preferably male since the job entails to do repetitive, heavy, and light manual
labor including operating farm equipment, frequent bending and stretching,
carrying heavy loads, shoveling, and driving machines
• Full-Time positions available.
