FER: What are you going to cook today Zul?

ZUL: Today, Im going to cook Chairo, and for our dessert Ill prepare a delicious Lemon Pie. Chairo is a traditional food of Bolivia, and for cooking this food we need:
8 cups water 1/4 kilo beef (hip bone) cut into 8 pieces 1/4 kilo woolen cloth (mutton dried and salted), cut into 8 pieces 1 spoon salt or to taste 1/2 cup green beans, peeled 1/2 cup shelled green peas 1/2 cup carrot, peeled, cut into very thin sticks 4 cups potatoes, peeled and cut into thin sticks 1 cup potato flour soaked, peeled and washed many times martajado 1 cup white corn cooked peeled 1 cup cooked peeled wheat nickname 2 tablespoons oil 1 cup white onion, chopped fine (without washing) 2 tablespoons ground cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon crumbled oregano 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion. Wash the leaves before chopping. 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley (for serving) 1/2 teaspoon crumbled oregano (to serve) 1 teaspoon finely chopped mint (to serve)

the initial amount of broth, if necessary increase broth or boiling water to not be very thick.

SAICE INGREDIENTS: Meat Potato Rice Onion Pea seasoning salt red or yellow pepper oil PREPARATION: First you have to put the potatoes in a pot with wter then you can put salt to taste you leave the pot boiling during 30 minutes or 50 minutes It depends of the potatoes meanwhile you could cook the rice. (white rice) You will put the rice in the pot with wter and you can add salt. Rice will boil for 20 minutes or 25 minutes then bofore the rice cook . you have to wash the rice with cold wter 2 or 3 times then you have to put the rice other time but now you will add a little wter with salt and the rice have to boil for 10 minutes or until that the wter finish. After you can prepare (guarnicin ) first you have to chop the onions in little squares then you have to toast the meat in the frying-pan until that the meat will be almost cook after in a pot you will put onions with oil and you will toast for 5 minutes then you can add the pepper and you have to mix it . after you can add boil wter and also the meat and you can add salt to taste the ( guarnicin ) will be ready after 10 minutes or 15 minutes DESSERT INGREDIENTS: Lemon Milk Sugar PREPARATION: You need a pan. First you put the milk in the pan then you have to begin to beat it until that the milk become cream and after you can add sugar and you will continue beating . after of you finish you have to add a Little lemon juice .

You have to remember that we should soak chuo one night before to cook. For Prepare our Chairo we must put in the kitchen water and when it is warm we must add beef and woolen cloth, when it`s boiling, we must add salt, cook it least one hour. To this broth add: beans, peas, carrots and potatoes, boil about fifteen minutes, put the potato flour, simmer another five minutes and then add the cooked peeled white maize and wheat cooked peeled nickname, leaving cooking time until potato is cooked. In a small saucepan put butter or oil over high heat and brown the onion, add: red pepper, cumin, oregano and pepper, cook for few minutes and then add to the sauce chairo to boil all together ten minutes. Remove pan from heat and add green onion, parsley, oregano and mint. Serve with a piece of beef and a woolen cloth in each plato.Try to maintain
