Project Title: Videos Project Date:03.08.2013 Prepared by: Ajeet Singh Chauhan Project Justification: Video Project will help in Tutorials of SPM and would also help in educational use. Product Characteristics and Requirements: 1. These video clips will illustrate SPM in real life scenarios. 2. Universally accepted format. 3. Budget constraint for software(open source) Summary of Project Deliverables Project management-related deliverables: business case, charter, team contract, scope statement, WBS, schedule, cost baseline, status reports, final project presentation, final project report, lessons-learned report, and any other documents required to manage the project. Product-related deliverables: research reports, design documents, software code, hardware, etc. 1. Intended video clips 2. Write up 3. Completed working disk and presentation Project Success Criteria: We need to finish the project within the time frame of the trimester. Final video clip should illustrate all the concepts covered.

Project deliverables: Video clips: there should be include the concepts of P.M. covered in class. Tools: choose good video editing tools and familiarize yourself with them. Write-ups for the video clips Edit & join the clips Burn the clips into the DVD and prepare a 10 min presentation
