Yes sir, working under pressure shows you talent and determination. Everyone can does the work in normal situation but a challenger can accept any situation and do the best performance under the pressure and if he feels the pressure as pleasure he can do more effectively and can achieve anything in his life.

Absolutely sir! I can. As the real power and knowledge of person is only tested in pressure. Sir, it has certain condition, man's face should be calm and cheerful. So that 1 can not recognize whether he is in pressure or not?

From experience, I have found that I more focused on the outcome to be achieved when under some degree of pressure, such as finding a solution quickly when a patients health is at risk.

Yeah if we work under pressure, it will lead to increase our knowledge as well as our strengths, and sometimes over pressure may lead to employee quitting the organisation, every company has pressure, that is the thing we need to manage.

Anybody can work for the company but the real thing occurs when we are too stressed and not willing to do anything. At that time performing a given task under pressure is something what our employee expects from us. So this is one aspect where our abilities can be judged. Yes I am that person who can be judged by these unique qualities which makes me a suitable employee for the organization.

Yes, I can do the work under pressure because if we knows how to manage in different situation then we can do it. Secondly under pressure is thing to prove our telnet sincerity and it can help for success.

Sir, definitely any work which was done by us with out interest will may us to feel we are under pressure if we do it with our interest the pressure will become pleasure for us. I choose this field with my own interest so I never feel heavy work to be pressure.

Working under pressure is a must thing in today's cut throat competition. Saying that I would like to add that a more appropriate definition to pressure could be a "sense of responsibility". In my view it's a Snatch game out there whereby everybody want to be ahead of others. If one is sitting on his laurels waiting for the things to happen, then there are big fishes awaiting and ready to pounce on the opportunity. Opportunity swings to more deserving one and the one who knows how to handle this sense of responsibility.
