GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE 3RD JPICE-LNM SPORTSFEST 1.) The Sportsfest is open to all PICE-LNM Student Chapter members. 2.) Each participating school will be given registration and waiver forms enlisting them in any event that they wish to join. Submission will strictly be on or before September 9, 2013. Schools who fail to submit their registration and waiver forms will no longer be accepted. 3.) September 15, 2013 (Sunday) is the opening day of the sportsfest. All participating schools are required to attend the opening ceremony. Also, the participating schools are required to bring their own muse and escort together with the players. 4.) During the opening ceremony, guidelines, mechanics and program flow will be discussed as well as the schedule of games. 5.) The sportsfest is categorized in three events namely ball games, board games and special games. Ball Games: Basketball Volleyball Badminton Special Games: iPad Games Pinoy Games

6.) Each school may register their students in any event that they wish to join. However, all students are limited to join up to TWO events only regardless of the category. Any student found to be participating above the limit will be disqualified from all the events he/she has joined. 7.) The sportsfest will be done in the following dates only: September 15, 22 & 29 and October 6 & 13. Representative(s) from the team shall inform any of the officers in case if their unavailability for the games three (3) days prior to the scheduled game. Would there be any changes on the schedule, it shall be announced to the concerned teams the soonest possible. 8.) Updates on scores and schedule of all events will be posted on the JPICE-LNM Facebook Page. (www.facebook.com/JPICELNM) 9.) Closing Ceremony will be on October 13, 2013 (Sunday). Awards and recognitions will also be given on this day.
