RUNNING TOGETHER: One Day Class Join Pastor Rocky on Saturday, September 21, from 8:30 a.m. 12:00 p.m., in the Student Center, as he teaches Running Together, Northsides Membership Class. If youre new to Northside or if youre a member who hasnt previously attended, this class is for you! Childcare (ages 11 and under) will be provided by reservation only. We are asking attendees to please register in advance. Registration forms handed out with the bulletin today (complete and drop off at the Information Desk) or you can register online at www.northsidebaptist.org. Deadline to enroll is Sunday, September 15. Wednesday Nights Join us for a great time of fellowship at our Wednesday evening meals (5:00 6:00pm). Catered by Lizards Thicket, the cost is $6.00 for Adults and $3.00 for children (under 10). The menu (9/11): baked ham or fried chicken (choice of 1 item), mashed potatoes and gravy, squash casserole, corn bread, rolls and tea. After the meal, from 6:00 8:00 pm, a variety of classes will be available for adults through our University of Christian Training (UCT). Adult choir practice, all preschool, children, and student activities will run 6:00 8:00 pm. Mark Your Calendars Busy Womens Luncheon, Tuesday, October 1, 12-1:00 PM. Guest speaker will be Melodie Griffin. She has the unique ability to use words and music to portray a powerful message of hope and encouragement to those who need it. WMHK Family Conference w/Dr. Kevin Leman @ Northside, November 3-4 Tickets for this conference are on sale at the Information Desk in the Main Lobby, Monday Friday, during normal office hours and also on Sunday mornings. At Northside we use Upward Sports to promote the discovery of Jesus through an environment where children learn sportsmanship, teamwork, fundamentals, and rules of the game while gradually increasing the level of competition. Practices begin the week of September 23rd. Players will practice one night a week with games on Saturdays from October 5th-November 23rd.

Sportsmens Banquet - September 12 Northside Mens Ministry presents the 2013 Sportsmens Banquet on Thursday, September 12, at 6:30 pm in the Worship Center. Speaker: Chris Wells, Chaplin Bassmasters Elite Series. Today is the last day to buy tickets ($5 includes meal) in the Main Lobby. URGENT: Mission Columbia Needs Mission Columbia is in need of canned vegitables, and soup. We also are in need of boys and mens clothing of any sizes. Northside Kids Sunday Nights Our Sunday night kids programing starts back tonight. We are upgrading our Mission program to Theres an App for That! We will offer different class topics apps and the children get to choose one each semester. Some courses we are offering this semester include: Princess with a Purpose, Bad Guys of the Bible and DivorceCare for Kids. More details coming soon! University Of Christian Training (UCT) Classes Have Begun A variety of classes, covering important topics! Opportunities to learn to grow in your Christian walk, strengthen your faith, improve your marriage, and share your hope in Jesus Christ. Offered on several days at different times and locations. On Wednesday nights, 6-8:00 and Sunday nights, 5-7:00. Programming for children and students on these nights.
