SKILL AND COMPETENCE Technical skills and competences Wide experience in synthetic organic chemistry, including natural products synthesis, peptide synthesis, peptide modification, design and synthesis of peptidomimetics. Competent with automated peptide synthesizer (Protein Technology Symphony and Prelude), NMR spectrometers, LC/MS systems, and HPLC systems coupled with UV and mass detectors. Excellent skill in mass spectrometry techniques (ESI and MALDI). Knowledge of molecular modeling and molecular dynamic and use of computational chemistry tools as HyperChem, VegaZZ and Autodocking tools.
