How to book your stay for Marikay & Josephs big day:
Where do I start? Fill out the next page of this form with your room preference, number of nights, travel dates (within the reserved group dates), and passenger names (as they appear on your valid passports). If you have already booked your flights, please include your flight information on the form at this time. If booking connecting flights, we only need details pertaining to your final flight leg that lands in your destination and details pertaining to your first leg that has you departing your destination. (For example, if taking a flight from PHL-CUN with a stop in DFW, we only need your DFW-CUN flight info) What if I havent booked my flights yet? We find that many destination wedding guests prefer to shop around and book their flights on their own. This way, you have as much flexibility as possible when making important decisions such as your air carriers, flight times, departure and connection cities, etc. Once you have chosen your flights, you may choose to do one of the following: 1. Book your flights on your own and communicate your flight information to your Guest Coordinator (flight info area on next page of this form) so that he can arrange your roundtrip airport transfers. OR 2. Communicate your preferred flight (dates, flight numbers, departure cities, and flight times) to your Guest Coordinator who will then add the flight onto your room booking and advise you of the updated package price. Please keep in mind that this option is very timesensitive, as airfare constantly fluctuates. Full air payment, room deposit, and passenger flight info (passport names, DOBs) will be required before the end of the business day. How do I pay? Fill out the credit card authorization portion of the form. The minimum deposit at the time of booking is $100 per person (land-only booking). You may put down as large a deposit as you would like. We apologize that we are unable to accept credit card payments over the phone at this time. How do I know how much I still owe? If you selected the auto pay option, your balance will be automatically deducted 70 days prior to your departure. Otherwise, you can contact your Destination Wedding Guest Coordinator prior to the 70-day deadline f or your final balance. You may make payments at any time in any amount up until this point, simply fill out the credit card authorization portion of the form for each payment and send it to your Destination Wedding Guest Coordinator. Credit Card Payments: We require an official Apple Destination Weddings credit card authorization form on file signed by each credit card holder, with account number, amount to be charged, full name as it appears on the card, billing address, expiration date, and security code from the back of the card. This may be docusigned, faxed, emailed, or mailed. Canadian cheques will not be accepted 60 days or less prior to departure Guests will receive a $25 discount when meeting 3-night/$499.99 minimum (before taxes and fees). Apple Vacations has made arrangements with airlines, hotels, and other independent suppliers to provide you with the services you purchase. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for your vacation. However, we do not accept any liability for the actions or omissions of these independent suppliers, over whom we have no direct control. If you find you have any dispute with such persons, however, we will give you as much reasonable help as we can in resolving this.
