Tenderer’s Implementation Proposal

The purpose of this part of the tender document is to provide a structure for specific iplimentation
proposal by the tenderers for easy comparison between the tenders.

1 Instructions
1.1 The information below shall be filled in by the tenderer fully in accordance with the
Instruction to Tenderers (ITT). The accuracy of the answers to the questionnaire,
their completeness and the attached documentation will be taken into account in the
tender evaluation. The attention of the tenderers in also drawn to the fact that the
absence of data may lead to non-compliance in the related item of evaluation.

1.2 All questions contained in the form must be answered by the tenderer.

1.3 Additional sheets may be attached as necessary.

1.4 If a question does not apply to the tenderer, “not applicable” should be entered
along-side with an explanation of why.

1.5 Every page of each form and the attachments must be numbered consecutively is
the bottom right-hand corner.

1.6 Financial data and declarations given by the tenderer must be given in PAKISTAN
RUPEES.

1.7 Attached documents/certificates must always be accompanied by a relevant

translation in the English language if these are in any other language.

1.8 The person signing this questionnaire guarantees the accuracy of all statements
made.
