Hwachon although on initial phase with their Low Submission construction will promote submission of HSE of HSE Findings findings and aim to exceed from the total findings reported by HSJV and KEPCO. Seobon once again tops HSE findings after ratings are applied on all raised issues. The organization will revert back on next meeting on their planned countermeasures. Copy of the emergency evacuation for identified non-permit required confined space at Power Block will be forwarded to ENEC HSE Mr. Chris. The entry access is located through a hole in dense set of vertical rebars.
