1. Boiler Boiler Structures erection & Inspection All boiler structures fabrication & Inspection All Type of piping fit up & welding execution High Pressure Parts erection as per ASME & IBR Standards, IBR testings for Pressure Parts, Like Hydro test, Air test, RT, Stress relieving...etc. Boiler Mounting erection & fit up like safety valves, other valves, soot blowers, etc. Ductings fabrication and erection works. Quality Inspection Of All boiler Structure, Pressure parts & Pipings, etc, Orthographic, isometric, P& I drawing reading and execution. Co-ordination with Design Department and engineering activities developments. Boiler commissioning works. 2. Electrostatic Precipitator ESP Erection and Alignments,(Thermax, ET Corps designs & others) ESP Structures fabrication & quality Inspection. ESP Testings and Commissioning. 3. CHIMNEY Chimney erection & alignments 4. ROTATING EQUIPEMENTS All type of fan erection & alignment Pumps erection and alignment 5. OTHER PLANTS All plant erection work like ash handling systems, coal handling systems. Crusher and screeners, feeders erection.

 Electrical & Instrumentation and civil work knowledge for coordination. Refractory work execution in boiler furnace and ABC duct areas. Total plant Insulation work execution.

Project Management Activities

Project Co-ordination with customers and various contractors. Handling the various type of contractors IBR formalities Manage the site engineers Site expenses and funds handling Billing for various contractors. Materials follow up from various Suppliers. Project Scheduling, planning and execution. Co-ordination with suppliers. Maintain the 100% safety through the safety engineers.

Commissioning and Testing Activites.

Boiler testings like Hydro test, Leak test, Radiography, Dyepenatrant Test , Boiler commissioning activities like Slow firing, alkali boil out, Steam blowing, DP Test & etc..
