Westminster, Maryland (Carroll County) violated a Final Peace Order by contacting and attempting to contact me. On 14 June, 2013, Judge Stanseld of the Circuit Court of Maryland for Carroll County issued a Final Peace Order against Bill Schmalfeldt (Case No. 06-C-13-063359) ordering that Schmalfeldt SHALL NOT contact (in person, by telephone, in writing, or by other means), attempt to contact, or harass me. 3

Note: The timestamps on tweets are in GMT. Based on the Peace Order hearing transcripts, Schmalfeldt is aware that @wjjhoge is my Twitter account and that tweets containing @wjjhoge are directed to me. Even though he has been previously charged with violating the Final Peace Order (Case No. 3S00059643), this is the second such tweet he has sent to me. Furthermore, he brags about doing so and that he may do so without fear of being held responsible. Beginning at or around 7:09 am on 5 August, 2013, Schmalfeldt sent the following tweets:

At or around 8:08 am, 5 August, 2013, Schmalfeldt sent an email to my friend Aaron Walker that contains the following: I would send a copy of this note to Mr. WJJ Hoge of Westminster, but as he has his peace order in place (pending hearing of my appeal and motion to amend), I am currently forbidden from contacting or attempting to contact him. Being his "unofcial" legal advisor, you should feel free to share this with him if you wish. That email is a clear attempt to contact me in violation of the Final Peace Order. While Mr. Walker is a lawyer, he has not represented me in any matter in Maryland. Additionally, the 4 August tweet and 5 August email taken together with the communications noted in the Application for Statement of Charges for Case No. 3S00059643

Carroll County 101 N. Court Street Westminster, Maryland 21157 SCHMALFELDT, Bill 4 are a course of conduct intended to harass, alarm, or seriously annoy me. Schmalfeldt is clearly on notice to stop contacting me by virtue of the Final Peace Order, and his contact has no legal purpose. This violates CR 3-803. Because of the means of contact/attempted contact, it also violated CR-805. Addendum: Just before leaving to go to the District Court Commissioner to le this Application, the following tweet popped up in my account. 4

This is another direct communication in violation of the Final Peace Order and further harassment and misuse of electronic communication.
