This topic describes the procedure to find a PDF document in a specific location using both these search options.

2. Click Edit menu and select Search or use the shortcut key Shift+Ctrl+F to open the search options on the right side of the window. Figure 2 shows the Search option interface.

3. Input the required word or document name that the user needs to search in the What word or Phrase would u like to Search for? field. 4. Under Return results containing, select the options according to the requirement.

Meaning Searches for the entire string of characters, including spaces, in the order in which the search requirement is input. Searches for any instances of at least one of the words typed Searches for instances that contain all the search words, but not necessarily in the order typed. searches for terms or phrases you indicate using Boolean operators

For example, you can search your CD for all Adobe PDF documents that you created after a certain date. 5. Select the other options like Whole Words only, Case Sensitive, Include Bookmarks, Include Comments, and Include attachments according to the requirements. 6. Click Search and the results are displayed. Figure 3 shows the displayed result.

7. Click Done if the required information is output or else click New Search to repeat the process with the required inputs. END OF STEPS.

2. Click on Use Basic Search Options to open the Basic Search options Search window. Figure 5 shows this interface.

3. Input the information to be searched and the location from where the file is to be searched. Select the other options if necessary and click Search. 4. The search results will be displayed as shown in the Figure 6.
