Responsible of Detailed 3G Analysis of DCR, Access failure, HOSR Using Actix and given Soft or hard parameter recommendation. Responsible for cluster acceptance report on basis of Kpis.

LTE Project Team Lead Huawei Etisalat Swap Project N.E Region From Jan2013 to 02March2013 Major Responsibilities include: Responsible for KPIs CDR, ERAB Success rate, IFHO, UL& DL Throughput Using M2000. Responsible for all SSV of 180 Swap sites BTS3900 and its reporting Using Assistant 3.5. Responsible for site related issues and coordination with customer. Log file analysis of Cluster Drive and its recommendation using parameter RSRP & RSRQ, PCI. Responsible for all site data, Neighbor Audit with 3G to improve the CDR. Responsible for all sites acceptance with customer end.

3G Optimization Engineer Huawei( Pre Launch) LCC Middle East ( Du Project Abu Dhabi UAE) (From AUG 2010 TO SEP 2012) Major Responsibilities include: Fine tuned Network parameters related to Dropped Rate,RAB, soft/softer HO and downlink/Uplink HSPA & R99 throughput. Log files Analysis to overcome Pilot Pollution, Connection release, coverage hole and improve RSCP & Ec/Io Using Actix. Post Processing of log files data to find Missing neighbors, swapped feeders New sites Analysis of SSV reports (Single Site Verification) - which contains SC & RSCP & EcIo plots, throughput of R99 DL/UL & HSDPA & HSUPA using Actix. Performed Re-Designs for overshooting cells causing Pilot Pollution. Troubleshooting of CS/PS drops, access failures, pilot pollution to achieve the Target. Performed 3g and 2g Neighbor database audit through Naster to resolve the discrepancies.

3G Optimization Engineer Huawei( Post Optimization) Etisalat Project Abu Dhabi (LCC Middle East) (From 22 March to 21 June 2010) Responsible for Optimize the 3G all city Clusters of AUh Region Using Assistant3.3 Done call drop analysis by using Assiatant. Responsible for Customer complaint resolution and reporting especially for VIP areas and Indoor sites. Analysis of bad coverage patches based on Ec/Io & RSCP and analysis of call Events(call fail, call block, call drop). Performed analysis of soft/Hard handover analysis (HO Failure, HO Drops, Ping Pong Ho) by dt logs. Worst Cells analysis to improve the effected KPIS of Network.

2G Optimization Engineer Nokia & Siemens Pakistan Telenor Project (LCC Pakistan) (From August 2007-To March 2010) Responsible for Pre & Post KPIS (CSSR, DCR, HO,MPD) of North BSCs. Performed BCCH, BSIC, & Neighbor Planning using Mapinfo MIPD Tool. Worked on Traffic shifting parameters to improve the DCR over 900 and 1800. Used parameters trial for Optimization as Handover Window adjustments, Power Control ,PBGTHO, CRH, CRO. Responsible for Handling Customer Complaints in major cites and implementing Nokia soft parameters changes on existing cells to improve the call Drops and redesign for Coverage. Use Asset planning tool to create site data base, predict coverage of sites, assist in neighbor planning. Analysis of worst cells on the basis of DCR,HOSR,CSSR as per client Target. Recommended Capacity Enhancement using Static/Dynamic SDCCH reconfiguration & TRX Expansions to improve the SD Blocking. Optimize the rehoming sites to check the LAC, RAC, Handovers, Ciphering, Edge/Gprs.

Cities & Clusters logs analysis to improve the network Quality with redesigns and to remove the bad Quality patches and bad levels. Pre Launch sites Optimization of network from Initial Tuning and Optimization to Final Acceptance. Includes identification of issues such as Interference, Overshoots, Call Drop, Block Call, Congestion, HO Failure, etc through Drive Test. Troubleshooting and Recommendations for rectification of these issues. New site submission report to Manager with main KPI trends with explanations on improvement/degradation and recommended necessary suggestion for KPIS improvement.

2G RF Engineer Ufone Project (Huawei Pakistan) (From March 2007-To Aug 2007) Major Responsibilities include: Drive Test of New sites using Tems Tools and cluster drive test of cites to optimize the Network. Testing and Trouble shooting of Gprs/ Edge test Done inter BSC cutovers for Huawei . In OMCR on M2000 threshold adjustments and traffic analysis. Done TSSR and LOS surveys. Frequency Scanning and interference analysis using Spectrum Analyzer.
