Hello Guys, I have an issue here. We are bringing down data from ECC to CRM. Intermittently, all the inbound queues in CRM are stuck in SYSFAIL with below message: "Exception condition "LOGSYS_FOR_GUID_CHANGED" raised." Does any one have a clue about this. Any help shal be appreciated. Regards, Sharif.

Hi Sharif, I had that problem once, and resolved by applying note 765018, second scenario. Check if it helps. Kind regards, Garcia

Sharif, You will get this error if a client copy or system copy was performed. Basically the logical system had to be re-defined. I think the table is CRMPRLS.
OSS Note 765018 (Problems with logical system during data exchange) provides you with a SAP Z-program that deletes the wrong table entry. Naresh

Hi Garcia, Naresh, Many thanks for the response. I had already applied this note and initially it had resolved the issue. But the Queue still get stuck with the same error, though no client copy is done. This is an intermittent issue and crops up anytime. So i would like to know if you guys have faced this issue in a similar manner and if any ideas that can be helpful? Regards, Sharif.

Sharif, Can you please use SMQS and validate if the correct Host id is configured for the given RFC destination? Naresh

Hi, Verify entry from CRMPRLS table in ECC and CRMMLSGUID from GUID. GUIDs of ECC logical system has to match in these two tables, if these entries are different, then no replication will happen between ECC and CRM. If GUIDS are different, then delete entry from CRMMLSGUID and unlock the queue. When this queue is processed successfully then system will update correct guid into CRMMLSGUID. NOTE: Generally this issue happens when client copy is performed. //PBP

Dear Bhanu, Greetings!!!.

Client copy has made for development (150 ) not for production (700) and the entries in ECC & CRM are same in both production systems 700 LOGSYS700 83ABE443CF1B475CE1000000AC16020D (ECC CRMPRLS ) 700 LOGSYS700 83ABE443CF1B475CE1000000AC16020D (CRM CRMMLSGUID )
I been to SMQ2 in CRM, and the queue "R3AD_ZDNL_COND_A956" status is as sysfail and i double clicked it and the status for the same is " Exception condition "LOGSYS_FOR_GUID_CHANGED" rais " . when i execute the line item it displays the message "Function module does not exist or EXCEPTION raised". I am unable to clear this queue please do needful help. Regards, Sany. Chandra

Hi, Pls check the destination of the queue in SMQ2. Does it show CRM Dev destination or Prod destination. If they show the production then those queue are copied from production then you need to delete them and make fresh change in dev and see the if the data got tranferred to crm.
