Jeffry Schneider has developed a diverse skill set in the financial services

industry over the past 20 years. Born and raised in Manhattan, Jeffry received
his degree at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He began his career in
New York working for a number of prestigious financial firms including Alex
Brown, Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney. As his experience grew, Jeffry made a
name for himself through his knowledge of alternative investment strategies and
his deep relationships with his clients.

In 2002, Jeffry took a position at a Paradigm Global Advisors, a fund of funds,

where he managed the company's US and international efforts in their marketing
and structuring division. While there, Jeffry developed an important skill, the
ability to analyze managers. Five years later, Jeffry decided to meld his
experience in the alternative investment space and his dedication to his clients
into a new venture. He started his own company to assist family offices and other
institutional investors in identifying top-tier sponsors.

While running his own firm, Jeffry cultivated deep relationships with a number of
companies. One of these companies was Virtus Real Estate. Armed with his due
diligence knowledge, Jeffry decided this was the type of organization with whom
he wanted to work. Virtus is a private equity real estate firm with a long history
and ability to take advantage of the current economic environment. Jeffry
recently joined Virtus Real Estate as their Director of Capital Development.
There, he continues to innovate and refine his expertise in alternative investment
strategies.

Outside of his professional career, Jeffry Schneider has also shown strength and
single-mindedness in other areas of his life. An example of this is his
participation in the New Zealand Ironman Triathlon, an annual race known for its
grueling length and adverse race conditions. He has also participated in several
qualifying events since 2004, such as the half-Ironman at St. Croix in 2004, the
half-Ironman in Clairmont, FL in 2005, and the half-Ironman in Santa Rosa, CA in
2007. In addition, Jeffry ran the New York City Marathon in 2005, and the 3M
half-marathon in Austin in 2008.

Jeffry Schneider is also an active member of his community. He is very involved

in Camp Honey Creek's Summer Dream program. This program affords
opportunities for underprivileged or disabled children to attend an enriching and
fun-filled summer camp experience normally beyond their reach. Jeffry also
supports Trinity Episcopal School of Austin, Mobile Loaves and Fishes as well as
several other non-profit organizations.

Jeffry currently resides in Austin, Texas with his wife and 3 children.
