PLAYING RULES 1. 2. Delta Force Properties Canada Limited, d.b.a. Delta Force Paintball (DFP) will not accept any liability whatsoever in respect to personal injury Players must recognize that DFP is played in a forest environment and as such, any wild, domestic or farm animals have equal right to be on the land. Players also recognize that there are hazards in the forest such as fallen trees, holes and trip hazards and that pellets may brusie and break the skin.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS I acknowledge and agree that: (a) Paintball and related activities (Paintball) are physically rigorous and represent that (1) I am in good general health and physical condition (2) I am not under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs (3) I do not have any allergies, other medical conditions, or take any medications that may impede my ability to understand instruction, participate in Paintball, or take proper care for the safety of myself or those around me (b) (c) (d) (e) I am responsible and liable for all equipment provided to me by DFP and shall reimburse DFP for the replacement cost of any equipment lost or damaged DFP accepts no responsibility or liability for any of my personal property, including my parked vehicle; and I shall diligently learn and follow all rules and regulations communicated by DFP from time to time. I understand that if I lift my goggles in any area outside the base camp, I will be excluded from the rest of the days games with no entitlement to credit or refund. INITIALS

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS 1. I acknowledge and agree that Paintball involves many risks, dangers, and hazards, including but not limited to: being struck by pellets, including being struck in the eyes, ears, nose, mouth, neck, groin, or temple regions, which may result in contusions, broken skin, and other serious injury; changing weather conditions; exposed rock, earth, and other natural objects; trees, tree stumps, and forest deadfall; collision with other people; encounters with wild or domestic animals; negligence of other players; and negligence on the part of DFP. I am aware of the risks, dangers, and hazards associated with Paintball and I freely accept and fully assume all such risks, dangers, and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage, and loss resulting therefrom. RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, AND INDEMNITY In consideration of DFP accepting my application to participate in Paintball and permitting my use of the Paintball facilities, I hereby agree: 1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may in the future have against DFP, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, sponsors, successors, and assigns (the Releasees), and to release the Releasees from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense, or injury including death that I may suffer, or that my next of kin may suffer, resulting from either my participation in Paintball or my presence at the Paintball facilities or my travel beyond the Paintball facilities area, DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY OR OTHER DUTY OF CARE, INCLUDING ANY DUTY OF CARE UNDER THE OCCUPIERS LIABILITY ACT (BRITISH COLUMBIA), ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS, DANGERS, AND HAZARDS OF PAINTBALL; to hold harmless and indemnify the Releasees from any and all liability for any damage to the property of or personal injury to any third party, resulting from my use of or presence on the Paintball facilities or travel beyond the Paintball facilities boundary; this agreement is effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns, and representatives, in the event of my death or incapacity; this agreement and any rights, duties, and obligations as between the parties to this agreement will be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and no other jurisdiction; and any litigation involving the parties to this release will be brought solely with the exclusive jurisdiction of Alberta.

INITIALS I authorize and release DFP to use all images and footage, my name, and my likeness recorded in connection with participation in Paintball. I acknowledge that the copyright in such images and footage is the sole property of DFP and that there is no restriction on the use of such copyrighted images by DFP. RELEASE

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH I OR MY HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, ASSIGNS, AND REPRESENTATIVES MAY HAVE AGAINST THE RELEASEES. IN ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT I AM NOT RELYING UPON ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN REPRESENTATIONS OR STATEMENTS MADE BY THE RELEASEES WITH RESPECT TO THE SAFETY OF THE ACTIVITIES OTHER THAN WHAT IS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
