Beer and gin are the most preferred alcoholic drink by Filipinos. Filipino creativity is not limited only to foods. In fact, there are number of alcoholic drinks originally invented by Filipinos. Gin pomelo and gin pineapple are some of the original Filipino alcoholic drink inventions. Boracay is an original Filipino drink. The drink is named after Boracay island because it was where the drink was invented. Also, Boracay is the Filipino version of Baileys Irish cream.
Boracay
Ingredients: 1 bottle of rum 1 can condensed milk 2 sachet of coffe 3 sachet of milo choco drink

Choco Bum
Ingredients: 1 bottle of gin 3 sachet of milk 3 sachet of powdered juice 2 sachet of coffee
Procedure: In a large pitcher mix all ingredients and serve with ice.
Rum Coke
Ingredients: 4 oz. rum 8 oz. coca cola coke Procedure: Mix all ingredients in a highball glass and serve with ice. These are some of the worlds most popular alcoholic drinks:
Daiquiri
Ingredients: 3 fl oz (75 ml) white rum 4 tablespoons lime juice 1 teaspoon sugar syrup and crushed iced cubes 1 slice of lime to decorate
Procedure: Pour all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with crushed iced cubes. Shake well to mix. Strain the mixture into chilled cocktail glass(es) and serve decorated with slice(s) of lime.
Procedure: Pour rum, cream of coconut and pineapple juice into a blender with one cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth, and pour into a collins glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple. This serving is good for 10 glasses.
Procedure: Mix sugar, butter and cloves to a coffee mug. Pour the rum, and stir well. Fill with boiling water. Stir again and serve.
Procedure: Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and shake. Pour back into the glass and garnish with lemon.

GATAKA
Kung hindi pa, meron akong irererekomenda sa yo. Ito ang tinatawag na GATAKA, o GAtas, TAnduay, at KApe. Sin-sarap ng Baileys pero di sing mahal. At mas malakas pa ang tama nito! Ang kakailanganin mo lamang ay ang mga ito: - 1 condensed milk - 3 Nescafe coffee sachet (yung pahaba na purong puro) - 1 longneck Tanduay (pero mas recommend ko yung Generoso Brandy sa manamis-tamis nitong lasa) - Tubig at Yelo pampa-neutralize ng lasa Ihalo sa malaking pitsel. Tantyahin nyo na lang kung gaano ka-tapang ang gusto nyong inumin. Dagdagan ng tubig kung masyadong matapang. Serve chilled and with cherry para mas sosi ang dating.

Chipipay Margarita
Hindi mo kelangan gumastos ng malaki para makatikim nito. Eto lang mga kakailanganin mo: - 1 bote El Hombre Tequila (nasa Php 150 lang - nabibili sa mga grocery) - 1 bote Triple Sec (nasa Php 150 lang rin - sa mga grocery rin) - 1 bote lime (nasa ganung presyo rin - grocery rin) Mas mainam kung i-mix ito sa isang mixer/shaker (ala barista style), pero kung wala, sa isang malaking pitsel pwede rin basta ihalo ng mabuti. Ang tamang proportion para dito eh 3 : 2 : 1. Meaning, 3 parts tequila, 2 parts triple sec, 1 part lime (or para mas simple, 3 shots tequila, 2 shots triple sec, 1 shot lime juice). Syempre kung gusto mo matapang, mas marami tequila. Pero ikaw na bahala dun.
Matador Mix
Gran Matador + Mountain Dew Isang bote ng Gran matador at kalahating litro ng Mountain Dew ipaghalo sa isang pitsel. Ang resulta? Parang Welch's sparkling wine. Yung nabebenta sa grocery store na halos 500PHP. Yung Matador-Dew eh mas mura, mas malakas ang tama, kasing sarap pero di sing mahal.
