Complaint Letter and Evidence to Department of Homeland Security

Breaking News economics over justice equals Terrorism. Recently I found out that the Department of Homeland Security has an Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Review and Compliance Unit. I concluded this Department was to prevent corruption terrorism. I notice that the Postal Service was listed under the Department of Homeland Security. Realizing that subterfuge had been used to deny me and many other members of my postal family justice. I sent Secretary Janet Napolitano (certified mail 7006 2150 0002 1369 4134) and a certified copy to the Review and Complaince office. When I received no certified mail receipts back I faxed the same letter and here is a copy. I am faxing a copy of this because I have not yet received the certified mail receipts back and have not been notified by phone after numerous calls to the DHS. After sending the fax I checked my voice mail and noticed I received a call from Juantia Jones of the DHS and she told me to call her back at 1-866-644-8360. Called the number it continues to be busy. Got home to find out that I had mail from the DHS a letter dated May 27, the 2009 and a seperate package containing the Supreme Court case which looked like it had some kind of mold on the end of the pages, I hope its not anthrax along with the DVD copy. Nonetheless the letter indicated " This Office has no jurisdiction over employees of the USPS or the federal courts. We have found no basis on which action by this Office would be warranted. Accordingly, we are returning to you some of the materials you sent to this Office, including a copy of your Petition for Writ of Certiorari in Carlton v. Henderson, No 99-565, filed with U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and a DVD of the Jerry Springer Show, SO-618-93. The Case was filed with the Supreme Court and the DVD was entitled the Postal Holocaust. The Letter had my name misspelled (Allan) and it was not Signed by anyone just said the Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, U.S. Department of Homeland Security. This is why I promote the Peoples Righteous Kill Defense because no person wants to take responsibility for the terrorism they keep saying the Post Office or the Office of. Someone needs to sign off or on so they can be held responsible in the Collusion and
