Lean Six Sigma consultant team has been working hard for almost three quarters now to break the old thinking and bridge the gap between ICT and BPO. Our transformation journey is never ending and we as VADSters are making conscious effort to change to better. Our training programs are in high demand and usually classroom seats get filled up within days. Ultimately one of our objective is to break the silo-ness in our business and build talents. We are constantly now deploying process improvement initiatives both in BPO and ICT environment to work together more collaboratively. How do I sign up for Kaizen Practitioner Level 1 training ?

This training is open for both internal VADS staff and external clients , conducted by VADS LSS consultant. Follow the steps below :

Speak to your line manager about your interest to attend this training . Fill up the ATP nomination form and send it to Ms Sri Anis at sri.anis@vads.com ( 037712 7817) and wait for notification email Checkout training details in the attached Kaizen brochure. For External candidates, fill up the form and send it to Ms Taj Mahal Aquino at tajmahal@vads.com ( +6019-339 2157 ) Attend the training on date of training at Training room 7 & 8, 18th Floor, VADS Semua House, Jalan Bunus 6, 50100 Kuala Lumpur

Attend Kaizen Facilitator Level 2 Training (Yellow Belt) - 28, 29 & 30 Oct
This is a Level 2 Kaizen Facilitator training equivalent to industry Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt catered for those attended previous Kaizen practitioner Level 1 training and have passion to pursue higher certifications.
