Methodology
In order for this project to be completed the questionnaire, interview and observation methods were used to collect data. Questionnaire Thirty questionnaires were handed out, and ten (10) days was given to each person to complete the questionnaire, ensuring that each person received sufficient time to complete it. This method was used because the questionnaire is more time efficient because respondents can complete the questions in their own time. Also more information will be obtained from the questionnaires because respondents tend to be nervous in interviews. Interview The interview will take 10-15 minutes and the total amount of questions that will is five (5). This method was used because it gives immediate feedback and more in-depth information will be collected. Observation Observation helps to validate information collected by means of the questionnaires or interview. In order to provide authentic information on the use of equipments, the other means of data collection will would not be appropriate. NB The researcher began to collect data for this project on February 18, 2011 and continued for four weeks. The method of collecting data was random, which means that the persons were not chosen specifically for the questionnaires.

The five (5) questions that are in the questionnaire asked of the personnel of the firm selected for the project
1. Are employees benefits awarded? 2. How do you decide if an applicant is worthy of getting an available vacancy in the business? 3. For what reasons do you interact with other departments? 4. Which departments are you constantly liaising with? 5. What are the necessary precautions used in relation to staff welfare?
