Convert to PDF Foxit Mobile PDF V2.8 for iOS is a free download, but some functions require paid licenses for integrated application. Convert to PDF is one of the IAP features which allows you to convert images to PDF. Foxit Mobile PDF will remind you to enable the Convert to PDF function through a paid license if it is disabled. After you purchase the license, the following two options (i.e. From Camera & From Photo Library) will be activated after tapping
