ESTRUCTURE XII YOUTH TOURNAMENT CD CANILLAS

1.- LAWS OF THE GAME

The tournament will be played in agreement by the rules of the R.F.E.F. (F.I.F.A. associated Football Federation)

2.- TOURNAMENT FORMAT

There will form 4 groups of 6 teams each of them (Group 1, Group 2 , Group 3 and Group 4) All the teams of every group will play against the rest of the teams of the same group qualifying matches in a league format. Every math win obtaining 3 points Every match tie obtaining 1 point Every match lost obtaining 0 points. If at the end of the qualifying matches, two or more teams had added the same number of points, it will proceed to determine the classification with the following form: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Result of the match between the tie teams. General difference of goals (favor and against). Major number of favor goals. Less number of against goals. Fair play (less number of cards) Coin random draw

The teams classified from 3rd to 6th in the groups round will play a Consolation round to settle 9th to 24th positions. The 6th team classified from the Group 1 will play against the 6th team classified of the Group 2 and 6th classified from Group 3 will play against 6th from Group 4. Losers will play for 23rd and 24th positions and winners will play for 21st and 22nd positions. The 5th team classified from the Group 1 will play against the 5th team classified of the Group 2 and 5th classified from Group 3 will play against 5th from Group 4. Losers will play for 20th and 19th positions and winners will play for 17th and 18th positions.

The 4th team classified from the Group 1 will play against the 4th team classified of the Group 2 and 4th classified from Group 3 will play against 4th from Group 4. Losers will play for 15th and 16th positions and winners will play for 13th and 14th positions. The teams classified from 1st to 2nd position in the groups round will play a winners round to settle 1st to 8th positions.

The team winner Quarter final G will play against winner H the second Semi-final.

The loser of the first semi-final will play against the loser of the second semi-final for the 3rd and 4th position. The winners of the semi-finals will play the final

3.- AGE OF PLAYERS

The players participants in the Tournament will be born in the years 2000 and 2001.

4.- MATCHES PROGRAM

The league of qualifying, quarters, semifinals matches and Consolation round will be played between the 20th and 21st of September, 2013. (see MATCHES SCHEDULE)

The Final and 3rd and 4th position, 5th and 6th position and 7th and 8th position will be played on Sunday, the 22nd of September 2013 in the morning. (see MATCHES SCHEDULE)

5.- MATCHES TIME

The league of qualifying matches they will be played by means of matches by duration of 2 times of 20 minutes and 5 minutes of half time interval. The matches for quarter-final, semifinals, 3rd and 4th position and Consolation round will consist of 2 times of 20 minutes each one, with a period of half time interval of 5 minutes. If when the match finishes the result out of tie, it will pass directly to shot 5 penalties and if the tie persists, penalties will continue shooting up to undoing the above mentioned tie. Only can shot the penalties the players who finish the match. The Final match will consist of 2 times of 30 minutes with a period of half time interval of 5 minutes. 6.- RELATION OF PLAYERS / SUBSTITUTIONS

All the players will have to present across the representative ID cards or Passport in effect and later they will give itself the corresponding accreditation as participant. Every team will have a maximum of 20* players for the whole Tournament. In every match will be able to inscribe in the referee document a maximum of 18 players. 7 substitutions will be able to be done in every match but only is possible to do 3 substitutions after finish the first half. Both players who do not take part in each of the match will be able to sit down in the bench together with the technical staff and other players substitutes, must dress DIFFERENT clothes that the rest of players. A player who has been replaced during the course of a match already will not be able to return to join the field in the same match. A player, who has been sending off during the course of a match, will not be able to play at least during the following match, at the expense of what he passes the committee of Discipline. Any claim will be able to be presented in writing in 30 minutes later to the match in question. The yellow cards, they are not accumulative to sanction with a match of suspension for accumulation of the same ones. Is necessary for the good development and planning of the matches, which before every match, give a relation with the names and numbers of the players who are going to intervene in the same one, and this numbers will be the same during the whole Tournament. The Competition Committee will be formed by 2 members proposed by the organization.

7.- REFEREES
All the referees, referees assistants and 4 referees will be assigned to the Madrid Referees College.

8.- EQUIPMENT
All the teams will have to take to the tournament so much his 1st as his 2nd playing equipment, duly numbered. In case of the playing equipment coincide it will be the team of less foundation year the one that should change his playing equipment in order that it does not coincide with another playing equipment. Every player will take the same number so much in the 1st as in 2nd playing equipment and will have to preserve it during the whole Tournament.

9.- DOCUMENTATION TO REACHING IN EVERY MATCH

The responsible of the team will have to present with 30 minutes of anticipation, the starters players relation that are going to intervene in the match. It will have to contain the name of the player and the number. No match can start without the referee has the lists of the players.

10.- PUNCTUALITY
All the teams will have to be in the field at least 45 minutes before the beginning of the match.

11.- STAFF
All the teams will have to his disposition a person, who speaks your language or English, of CD Canillas during the duration of the Tournament for any thing that they need.

12.- PLAYGROUNDS / MATERIAL

13.- AWARD CEREMONY

The trophies will give in the Tournament closing award ceremony that will take place at the conclusion of the Tournament Final, being indispensable the presence of all the teams participants. The following trophies will be delivered: o Fair play o Coach team winner o Goalkeeper less goals o Player scorer o Best goalkeeper o Best player o Trophies to all the teams participants and commemorative medal to all the participants.

14.- MODIFICACION Any circumstance not reflected in this regulations, is the sole responsibility of those responsible for the organization and its decisions final, reserving the right to add, read, modify and enforce the rules according to their criteria and tournament needs. 15.- INFORMATION

IMPORTANT NOTES

The mentioned fields are of artificial grass and with dimensions adapted to the regulation of the Royal Spanish Football Federation.

Inside the mentioned facilities, the teams will have zones to realize the warm-up to the matches and a changing room in all the matches.

The teams participants will be lodged in several 3/4 **** hotels.

For TELEVISION NEEDS, they will be able to be altered both the schedules of the matches and the time of games.

Any damage produced by the bad use, in the sports facilities and Hotels, it will be assumed by each of the Clubs implied. All players and staff must have their sports insurance healthcare as well as Federal authorization by their National/ Regional football Federation.

(*) The organization can be accepted more than this number of players if the team requests officially this possibility.
