My parents have always been a great influence in my life. Both

my parents and my leaders have always taught me the importance of having intimacy with God. I believe that before the
foundation of the world every one of us was chosen by God to
be holy and without stain (Ephesians 1:4 ) but life doesnt always work out that way.
When I was ten years old, I was attacked with the worst pain
in my whole body. My parents took me to the hospital. The
doctor diagnosed me with septic arthritis. Even though I didnt
quite understand what that meant, I knew that it was something very severe and it could leave me bound to a wheelchair.
But the faith that the Lord gave to my family is much greater
than any adversity. That day, my father stood by my hospital
bed and said to me, Daughter, dont worry. God is going to
heal you Then he laid his hands on me and prayed with authority and rebuked the spirit of infirmity in the name of our
Lord Jesus Christ. A few minutes later I realized that all pain
had left my body. God was very good to me and healed me
completely. The doctors were so baffled that ten of them examined me that whole day and they could not find one trace
of arthritis. The enemy knew that God had raised me up to be
a spiritual warrior. He wanted to mark my emotions with emotions with a terrible sickness and stop me from serving the
Lord through dace. However, God intervened and placed his
hand on me. Now my greatest desire is to be able to serve
him for the rest of my life.
This Book is written to show how thankful I am to the Lord for
having looked upon me with mercy. Every day the Lord allows
me to have intimacy with Him. I have always found that each
day he has a specific word or scripture for my life The words
that he has given me are for your life as well. You will have
the chance to take them and claim them as your own.
No one goes through a whole day without liking in a mirror.
We do it because we want to feel good about ourselves and we
want to look good in the eyes of others. In this same way, our
soul needs a daily look into the mirror of Gods Word. The
Word is a mirror that helps us to see out mistakes and shows

us the way to correct them. Likewise, we need to wash our

bodies daily. We must wash ourselves daily with the water of
the Word of God. Studying the Bible must become a daily lifestyle. Dont forget to take notes of everything that God ministers you, because what you write down will not only help you
strengthen your faith in God, but will also be a great help to
you throughout your life.
This Book is a manual for leaders to develop a strong devotional life before the Lord. What I share with you in this book
is what God has given me throughout my years of intimacy
with him. This is how I learned to hear his voice. In the beginning I would only write short phrases in my devotional book.
As years went by, he gave me a greater revelation of his Word
so that my devotional life could grow in intimacy. As a result, I
am a leader and have disciples.
I know the struggles of the young people. So, I wanted to
share these 52 teachings that will help you to nurture your
relationship with God and your disciples for a whole year.
Heres a hint. In order to read the Bible completely in one
year, you must read three chapters each day and five on
every Sunday.
I think that devotions must be part of our daily lifestyle. In our
family and in our church in Columbia, we have been able to
make prayer a lifestyle. What I share in this book is what I
have learned throughout my life from being in contact with
Gods Word and in prayer. You will find that in this book we
will be focusing on four main aspects? Because its a simple
language for your to extract the great truth that is found in
the word of God, which is the Bible lets examine the importance of each of the four aspects:
THE RHEMA WORD
The entire Bible is inspire by God, but there are passages that
when we read then they become personal to our souls. We
call it the Rhema Word. Also, the Rhema is what keeps us
firm as Christians; it is our daily spiritual nurturing. Pastor Cho
describes the rhema word as Gods specific word, at a specific
time, for a specific reason or need. For me, it is when I read
a portion of the Bible and I wait until the Holy Spirit makes it
real and alive in my life. Each rhema that you find in this Book
is for you to make it your own. Also, this section of the book

Week 15 Day 4
Go back and tell Hezekiah, the leader of my people, This is what the
Lord, the God of your father David, says: I have heard your prayer and
seen your tears; I will heal you. On the third day from now you will go
up to the temple of the Lord. (2 Kings 20:5)
RHEMA
What was it that changed the problems in Hezekiahs life? It
was prayer. But it wasnt a common prayer made by intellect.
In the time of his greatest adversity, he sought Jehovah with
his whole heart. This is a fundamental ingredient in every
leaders life.
REFLECTION
Many times when problems come to us, we begin to seek different escape routes. For example, we mighty try a friend,
work, or the world, etc. in the moment of greatest despair,
Hezekiah only sought after one solution-God. He gave God all
of His pain and trusted in Gods powerful hand, because he
knew that the miracle and life depended on God alone.
MOTIVATION
This was the same promise that God gave my grandfather
when the doctors told him that he had cancer. His prayer and
belief in Jesus helped him to receive his miracle. Today, he is
an amazing servant of God with my grandmother, and both of
them now live in Miami.
APPLICATION
You cannot allow problems to make you seek solutions other
than God. He is the foundation of every miracle. It doesnt
matter what has been said about you. If you seek His presence with passion, you will obtain the dream you long for.

REFLECTION
Every time we study Gods Word we must do it in and orderly
way. The prophet Isaiah taught us how to study the Bible. He
said, Word after word, line after line, a little bit here and a
little bit there. While we go on studying each portion of the
Scripture, we should try to have a clear idea of everything that
the Lord wants to tell us. Those great en of God that conquered great things, their success was because they learned
to run that extra mile. In this portion of the book, we are running that extra mile because we are meditating more profoundly on the rhema word that God gave us.
MOTIVATION
Determination, action, impulse, inspiration: these are words
that describe motivation. I have been able to understand that
a leader must be motivating him/herself daily. Something that
motivates me personally is other peoples experiences; knowing that they were able to achieve them. This part of the book
is a little more personal. I share experiences that I have lived
or that I have learned from other people, so that you to may
receive motivation.
APPLICATION
Throughout this section, you will find help for your life, and for
your spiritual growth. If we practice what we learn daily from
the Word of God then we will see Gods blessing over our
lives daily.

BIBLICAL PASSAGE: GENESIS 1-3
God blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful and increases in number; fill the earth and subdue it, Rule over the fish of the sea and the
birds of the air and over every living creature that move on the
ground. (Genesis 1:28)
RHEMA
The first language ever spoken in the universe was the language of faith because what is seen was made from what not
seen. The earth and all that is on it, was created from the very
words of God. Every day of creation God has a specific , or
Rhema, word, for the of people in leadership.
God speak to me every day of the week.
1st-day - God longs for me to become a light. He wants me to
reflect his presence wherever I am.
2nd day- God call me to be an influence on others. I should not
let myself be influenced be the things of the world. I must allow Him to bring order into my life. He should be the one to
set my priorities. He should have the first place in my life and
in my heart.
3rd day- (Gen. 1:12) I must begin to sow the seed that God
has given me. This seed is faithfulness in the little that I have.
This seed will transformed into a tree that produces a lot of
fruit.
4th day- I must begin both of my teams of twelve, the main
cell and the supporting cell.
5th day- I will receive Gods blessings and begin the process of
multiplication.
6th day- God gives me authority and leadership.
7th day- As leaders, we depend completely on God t live a life
of holiness.

speaking this language, the language of visions and dreams.
We should place a lot of effort to be in Gods presence daily,
waiting for Him to give us His ideas and His visions in order to
do His work correctly.
MOTIVATION
If we all achieve speaking the same language of faith, God will
bring the miracle of multiplication very quickly.
APPLICATION
This is the time to teach my disciples to speak the same language. The language of the vision is that we all focus and
have the same goals, the same clarity, and the same control
of the vision. This comes by maintaining a high level of holiness. This will bring a greater anointing over us.

Week 14 Day 3
Now Elijah the Tishbite, from Tishbe in Gilead, said to AHAB, As the
Lord, the God of Israel, lives, whom I serve, there will be neither dew
nor rain in the next few years except at my word. (1 Kings 17:1)
RHEMA
Elijahs radical life is very impactful. He was a true servant of
God and spoke the Word of God without fear of what the people might say. He didnt only share the Word with those
around him, but he also had the courage and valor to share it
with the king who had authority to take away his life. Elijah
knew the power of the spoken word. He spoke because the
consequences that came as a result of the sin inside the kingdom.
REFLECTION
There are three things, that Elijah was an expert in:
1. He was sensitive to the Holy Spirit.
2. He was obedient.
3. he knew the power of the spoken word.
Due to these three disciplines, he was anointed and supported
by the Holy Spirit. This is why whatever he said God backed
him up.
MOTIVATION
God has raised the church in Colombia in a supernatural way
because of its radical lifestyle before the Lord. Their sensitivity
to the voice of the Holy Spirit and their willingness to obey
God enables Him to trust them, it is time for the United States
to rise up without fear, listen to the voice of God, and speak
out against sin.
APPLICATION
You must be firm against sin. You must not allow spiritual light
-heartedness in your ministry. You should share about God
with those that surround you, even those who are in authority
over you. You must be compelled to speak only the words that
flow from the anointing of the Holy Spirit, knowing that you
will see Gods power support everything you say.

Trials in our lives bring the need for us to have a genuine encounter with God. Before Jacob found his brother Esau, he had
an encounter with the angel of the Lord. In this encounter, he
didnt see the angel, but he was able to see Gods face. This
trial was necessary to know that God was involved in his life
and to know that God had changed the curse into a blessing.
REFLECTION
Brokenness is Gods Strategy to break out will and to make us
depend completely on Him. The victory in each trial allows
God to guide us to gather intimacy with Him.
MOTIVATION
As leaders, we have to go through a process of brokenness
before the great victories that God gives. This is the place
where you are able to change adversities into a way to reach
blessings.
My mother has been a great example in this area. In the year
2003 she went through a great struggle in her health. The
whole year she wasnt able to freely be as active as she
wanted to be. This broke her life, because she has always
been characterized by being dynamic in every thing she does.
But it was this brokenness that allowed her to have the revelation of the Cross. My mother lived the same thing that job
lived. Before they received their blessing, God took them
through brokenness. God changes all adverse circumstances in
out lives into great blessing but this Blessing comes after we
go through brokenness (Gen.32:25).
APPLICATION
Jacob achieved the miracle because he knew the power of the
blessings, He told the angel, I will not let go until you bless
me (Gen. 32:26). This was the moment where Jacob
achieved the miracle he longed for. God changed his name
from cheater to prince of God (Gen. 32:28). His name was

also a change of nature.
Week 13 Day 6
Jacob says. I saw God Face to Face and my life was
spared. (Gen.32:30). Like Jacob, you must determine in your
heart to seek God with all your heart so that your life can be
spared. You must be able to get close to the Lord daily to receive the revelation of the Cross. It is through this revelation
that curses are changed into blessings.
Solomon also had twelve district governors over all Israel, who supplied provisions for the king and the royal household. Each one had to
provide supplies for one month in the year.
(1 Kings 4:7)
RHEMA
King Solomon was known as one on the wisest men on earth.
The secret was he understood the importance of having a
team of 12. Each person in his team completed a different
purpose. God gave Solomon wisdom to put each person in the
right place. This was one of the keys to his success.
REFLECTION
Since my father received the G12 vision, the growth of our
ministry has been able to be much more solid and accelerated.
I belong to my sister Johannas twelve. I also have my twelve,
and I am helping each one of them to form.
MOTIVATION
I have learned from my mother to focus on my twelve. When
we want the ministry to multiply quickly, we begin to do a lot
of activities. The activities include opening many cell groups
while forgetting that our main focus is to form twelve.
APPLICATION
God will give you the wisdom, prudence, and generosity of the
heart to raise up twelve governors. You must teach each one
of them to do their part, to develop their ministries and their
talents. You must not sway from your main goal in the Vision.

BILICAL PASSAGE: EXODUS 3-5
But Moses said to God, Who am I, that I should go to Pharaoh and

RHEMA
Many times I have asked myself the same thing Moses did,
Who am I to be able to achieve a great ministry? Sometimes
Ive even felt that I am unworthy of this gift. The answer that
God gave Moses has been my refuge.
REFLECTION
God told Moses that His name was, I am that I am. Gods
purposes for this time is that you know Him as that great I
AM. He is not only the God of yesterday and tomorrow but
he wants you know Him as the God of Today. Believing that I
AM. Is by my side makes me feel supported, accompanied,
and secure. I know that miracle will happen today because I
serve the living God the God of today. Therefore, I dont live
in past glory, or worry about tomorrow, because I am no
longer tormented in my heart because I know that the scripture says that a differed hope brings torment to the heart. I
serve the God today; for he can give me victory over needs
right now!
MOTIVATION
My parents are people who have always motivated me and my
sisters to conquer great challenges. One of the challenges this
year was when I had the opportunity to preach on a Sunday
morning at the church in Miami. I recognized that was only
able to do it because of the motivation from both of them.
That morning my mother told me, Manuela, your are going
to preach the offering message (which she always does). My
attitude in that moment was like Moses attitude. Who am I?
But, my mothers words inspired me and I was able to accomplish this great challenges.
APPLICATION
How does God respond to my weakness? He says, Go! For I
am with you. I know that all the challenges I should conquer
will only be reached if I approach them knowing that Gods
blessings are with me, as they were with Moses.

Arkite is better than that of Ahithophel. For the Lord had determined to
frustrate the good advice of Ahithophel in order to bring disaster on
Absalom.

While reading this passage, I realizes that, no matter what,
GOD always watches over the lives of His servants. This is reflected in Davids life. His son formed an opposing army to
bring him down. But God inverted miraculously using Husbai,
Davids friend, to speak to Absalom. This was another instance
when God changed the curse into a blessing.
REFLECTION
David had two certified and influential advisors in his kingdom.
Ahithopel had knowledge but lacked faithfulness. This is
proved when he turns his back on King David in a moment of
crisis. Hushai was difference because he was the Kings friend.
There is a big difference between someone who is on your side
for convenience and someone who you know is your friend.
Solomon wrote, A friend sticks closer than a brother. An essential aspect of Davids ministry was that he knew how to
form disciples that would be his friends also. As leaders, we
must learn to get to know our people as frieds.
MOTIVATION
Our family is a very big example of Gods mercy because God
has been glorified through every trial that we have faced. We
have been able to count on the support and prayer of the people from the church. They have made a covenant to pray for
my fathers health, and they are always supporting him.
The courageous people that accomplished David were formed
by him. When these men came to him they were weak people
with sad spirits and debt. However, through Davids influence,
teaching, and the giving of his time, they were transformed
into a very strong and respected army.

It is amazing to realize that God didnt only give us the privilege to know Him, but also chose us from millions of people
that live in this world. On top of this, He not only see us as His
possession, but His prized possession. Thinking of this should
make you feel very important to God. We feel like Gods
treasured possession when we learn to be alone with Him in
intimacy.
REFLECTION
God is only intimate with those who are willing to obey Him.
There are two requirements to be Gods friend and to enjoy
His blessings.
1. Hear His voice. If you listen to my voice(Exodus.19:5)
Listening to His voice means to focus the necessary time in
studying His word, and to learn what God wants to teach you.
2. Keep His covenant. This means to give all of your energy
to fulfill that which you
promised to the Lord. You must surrender everything that you are and everything that you have
to do His will. His will is revealed in His Word. This way you
are able to give Him your whole life.
MOTIVATION
I learned from my leaders to look at my disciples not how they
look now, but according to the spiritual riches in each one of
them. In this same way, I was motivated to inspire my disciples to put effort into reaching great goals for god.

Hannahs time of affliction is easy to understand. She waited
for a miracle even though she didnt see the son that she
longed for. God allowed this situation to teach her one of the
hardest lessons to learn. This lesson is called the Genuine Offering. This offering is the one we give with effort, pain and
faithfulness. Throughout her time of affliction, God was working on her character. He was teaching her to value the fruit
that she would bear. She had to learn to wait. This experience
taught get to seek God with her whole heart and soul, even in
despair.
REFLECTION
Hannah, giving herself fully to prayer, was able to completely
forget the world that surrounded her. She was able to completely forget forget the situation and the anguish she was experiencing. She achieved going into the fourth dimension of
faith (as mentioned in Dr. Chos book) and to make her come
true there.
Three characteristics of Hannahs prayer:
1. It was a profoundly sincere prayer.
2 She was specific in her petition.
3. It was a prayer made with the intention of glorifying Jehovahs name, not to enlarge any other name.
MOTIVATION
When I made the decision to go to Brazil and leave everything
that I developed in Miami behind, I was able to experience
what true brokenness is. For the first time in my life, I have a
ministry. I had to die to what I wanted, which was staying in
Miami with my disciples. But, I did it with effort, pain and
faithfulness. This drove me to seek and depend on God like

RHEMA
Holiness in our lives should be fundamental as disciples of
Christ. Enjoying intimacy with God produces sanctification in
our lives. The result of our life of prayer is reflected in our
ministerial fruit. Holiness is to do everything according to
the :Word of God. We must also understand that disobedience
leads us to spiritual death.
REFLECTION
Aarons sons forgot that holiness was required for them as
well. They allowed sin in their hearts. So, when they went to
minister before God, He perceived that something was very
wrong in their lives. Their contaminated lives made their offering contaminated. This is why the Lord killed them; to prevent
the people from becoming contaminated too.
MOTIVATION
At least once a year, we have a week of holiness at the
church. Through prayer and fasting we purify our lives. Each
one of our disciples does the same. The results are amazing.
God takes that week as a fresh and pleasing aroma before His
presence. After our hearts are cleansed, He will bless us in the
challenges we have in our ministry.
APPLICATION
God is longing for holiness in your life. Be holy, for I am holy
is what the Lord tells us in 1 Peter 1:16. This implies that you
should not be an average person. You should make a difference wherever you are. This also implie4s that you should act
the same way with all people in all places. There should be no
gap between what you do and what you say. This is very high
price to pay to have integrity. Holiness is the key to see God.
Matthew 5:8 says, Blessed are the pure in heart for they will
see God. Growth begins with sincerely seeking holiness.

Then Samsons wife threw herself on him, sobbing, You hate me! You
dont really love me. Youve given my people a riddle, but you havent
told me the answer.
I havent even explained it to my father or mother, he replied, so
why should I explain it to you?
(Judges 14:16)
RHEMA
As we study Samsons life, we see that he had a strong
anointing. That anointing made him completely different from
all other men. Samson fought lions and overcame humongous
obstacles with ease. Once we give our lives to Jesus, God
gives us the same miraculous strength that He gave to Samson. He gives us the anointing in such a strong way that we
can face even the strongest demonic powers and overcome
them easily as though they were insignificant. Jesus said it.
And these signs will accompany those who believe. In my
name they will drive out demons. (Mark 16:17).
REFLECTION
There is much to learn from Samsons life. Even though he
had so much anointing, there were flaws in his character. God
had great plans for him. But because he did not want to submit his character to God, he was not able to overcome his
weakness in his character. When he did not know how to control it, it grew and destroyed him. He lost everything that God
had planned for him.
MOTIVATION
You must guard your heart and emotions. Dont allow them to
sway you from the calling that God has for your life. Take each
one of your weakness to the Cross and allow them to be crucified with Christ. We cant let the weakness overcome us. Victory comes you submit your whole life to God.
APPLICATION
You must take care of yourself. Dont think that because God
supports you that you can take certain liberties or allow indiscretions in your life. Paul warned Timothy to guard himself and
the doctrine. You should first identify what your weakness is,

This is a time of revival for those nations that are willing to
implement the vision. When we turn first to God and then to
the vision, god will turn to us as well. Then, we will be able to
experience great growth.
REFLECTION
God is waiting for leaders to rise up and obey His voice. This
should bring transformation in our lifestyle. When this happens, we will be able to enjoy the following blessings
(Leviticus 26:3-5)
1. Ministry blessing - God will bring His rain in its time. This
means we will obtain our fruit in gods time. This year, the
Lord will give you the goal you long to reach and which you
are asking for (v.4).
2. Satisfaction We will eat all the food we want and live
safely in our land. This means that God will open our minds to
the scriptures and we will have His word in abundance. A new
revelation from God will come to our spirits. When the bible
says we will live safely, it means that we will have Gods support. He will be with us and we will be secure. (v.5)
Authority Spiritual authority will come to us so that we can
destroy all plans that the enemy tries to bring. God will command that no beast or evil strategy can touch my heart or my
territory. When there is a complete blessing on my behalf I

You are to rise up from ambush and take the city. The LORD your God
will give it into your hand. (Joshua 8:7)
RHEMA
Before Joshua went to war, he already knew everything that
was going to happen to it. He was completely sure of his victory because the arguments against his people had already
been cancelled. Cancelled arguments gave Joshua the assurance that the Lord was already on his side.
REFLECTION
Joshua obtained victory in the spiritual realm first; God gave
him the strategy when he spent intimate time in His presence.
God wants you to learn to fight battles in the realm of faith. To
achieve this, you must cancel any argument that is against
you, so that you can receive the Holy Spirits strategy. This is
the way that you will get to see your prayers become reality in
the natural realm.
MOTIVATION
My father is one of the greatest examples of faith that I know.
Everything he has obtained is because he won it in the spiritual realm first. He has taught us how to conquer everything
through spiritual warfare. I have been able to apply this with
my disciples, in my cells and in my Encounters. Everyone did
not go to war, only those people whom Joshua chose (Joshua
8:3). The same things happens in the ministry. Only those
who God chooses get to go to war. Just like Joshua, God gave
my father the wisdom to obtain victory. God will do the same
for you. He will fill you with wisdom to know how to gaze
every challenge.
APPLICATION
You must learn to wait for Gods timing to take over certain
territories. This requires you to listen carefully to Gods voice,
which will guide you to victory. You must be like Joshua, who
saturated the peoples minds with the Word of God. You must
train the warriors that God has given you, so that they fight
the battle by your side.

RHEMA
God wants to bless us just as He has promised us. His promise
is that we will increase a thousand times more than what we
are now. We must understand that God already gave the command in the heavens and the promise was already here on
earth. The only thing we must do is to take that step of faith
and make His promises our own because they have already
been given to us. (Deut. 1:8)
REFLECTION
Multiplication comes as a result of being 100% committed to
the vision. Choose some wise, understanding and respected
men from each of you tribes and I will set them over
you (Deut. 1:13). I know that doing the vision faithfully is
what gives us the experience. This experience will lead us to
occupy places of honor.
MOTIVATION
I must believe in the people that God gives me. As their
leader, I should see farther than what they can see. Ive got to
trust in the Holy Spirit to transform their lives. Just like God
believed in me, I must believe in my disciples. Do not show
partiality in judging; hear both small and great alike (Deut.
1:17).
APPLICATION
One of the best ways to increase a thousand times more than
what we are now is to develop the Vision correctly. However,
to achieve it, we must nurture it daily. Then we will be ready
to conquer every challenge because Gods promise is in our
lives.

We must face each of the daily challenges in our lives with the
assurance that God is ahead of us bringing down every adverse stronghold. We know that we are going to conquer our
challenges. However, it is necessary that we face adverse
powers. But, we will overcome all of them in the name of Lord
Jesus.
REFLECTION
The people of Israel were not guided by their circumstances. If
the big protected city and its huge people would have scared
them off, they would have went back to the desert. But they
had to be strengthened in God without being distracted (Deut.
9:1-2).
MOTIVATION
Today is a great day for miracles and for conquering. I know
that God has made you a warrior. You must go and do spiritual warfare to bring down all strongholds that rise up against
you. This is the war that must be fought in order to get closer
to the Lord. While you intercede, the airways are being
cleansed. Jehovah will go ahead of you destroying all evil powers.

A fundamental aspect of each great leaders life is to have a
compassionate heart like Moses. He paid the price of fasting
and prayer (Deut. 9:25). You must also pay the price of fasting and prayer for your disciples and for this nation. The Lord
gave Moses the strength to conquer every challenge. He will
give your strength as well.
