 CHANNEL MANAGEMENT: - Handling Three banks of the territory. Managing the


whole and sole responsibility of the given territories. Smooth working of the daily
processes at the sales point. Maintaining standard operation procedures.
 STRATEGY PLANNING: - Making suitable offer for the territories to increase the
revenue generation as well as market share part. Keep and eye on the competitor’s plans
and activity.
 PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY: - Implementing different sales promotional activity .
 RETAIL SALES: - Managing retail points of the assigned area, making efficient sales
network and encourage them for more point sell. Keep a look on the signage and POP
part that it should be neat and clean and well maintained.
 SALES REVIEW: Daily Review of the business, quarterly assessments of the points,
finding new points for business expanding, managing sales network for better
credibility.
 TEAM HANDLING: - Handling a sales team of 10-15 persons, Shift management,
Beat management and Target orientation.
 STAFF TRAINING: - Keep in follow the staff training programme as per the company
policy and market standard.

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY IN RECKITT , CADBUARY & HLL

 DAILY OPERATIONS: Smooth flow of daily sales work in the banks . Keep a look on
the sales and give feed back to the ASM on daily basis.
 VISIBILTY : Also training of the staff to make them skilled for carrying out correct
customer handling and cleaning procedures.
 AUDITS: - Surprise visit in the to ensure that all the standards are followed, also
preparing check lists for this so that record can be maintained & using that data for
further improvement.
 PROFITABILITY: To control the expenses & damage control so that the point gives a
profit.
