Conformity
All taps and mixing valves are manufactured from ultra high performance metals and modern materials. They are
designed to conform with Water Regulations giving adequate ow rates from traditional UK unvented systems whilst
being pressure rated to suit mains, combi and unvented supplies.
Non-metallic materials coming into contact with potable water are chosen for their resistance to support of microbial
growth. Fittings are coated in durable chrome plate, gold nishes or architectural polyester coatings.

TT Thermostatic Shower Valve
Ideal Standards TT Thermostatic Shower Valves are
designed as one cartridge, meaning fewer moving
parts and therefore easier maintenance. The inclusion
of reversible non-return valves means the TT valves are
easily installed.
Thermostatic valve
Automatically maintains water temperature at the
required setting to ensure safe usage and prevent
scalding, even when water is drawn off elsewhere.
Multiport Cartridge
The Multiport Cartridge features 3 outlets (ports) for
the out going water to ow through, inside the body
of the tting. This provides a greater water ow out
of the tap, in comparison to an internal cartridge with
a single port (outlet). Other benets provided by the
Multiport Cartridge are easy water and temperature
control and a smooth and effortless handle control.
Ceramic Disc
The ceramic disc cartridge principle for bath, basin,
bidet and shower ttings was developed by Ideal
Standard and is the modern way to control water
ow. There are no washers to wear and drip. A robust
housing contains ceramic discs to control the ow of
water through the tting.
Ceramic disc ttings are all drip free and impervious
to lime deposit.
Temperature Limit Stop
You can simply and effectivley pre-set and cap
the maximum water temperature delivered by your
tap using the Temperature Limit Stop. With 7 level
setting options (1 being the lowest through to 7 the
highest), the Temperature Limit Stop reduces the levers
operating range, therefore reducing the amount of hot
water thats allowed into the body of the tting.
Cool Body
Body is cool to the touch at all times to ensure safer
use and prevent burning.
Eco Button
Limits the ow rate to 50% to save on water usage, with
a simple manual override to achieve higher ow rates.
Diverter
A shower diverter is tted to all combined bath and shower
mixer ttings. By operating the diverter, water can be
directed from the bath spout to the shower hand spray.
Mixer ttings
Water from the hot and cold valves is mixed in the body of
the tting or spout to whatever temperature and volume is
required by adjusting the handles on the valves.
Monoblock mixers
These are one piece basin, bath or bidet mixers
which incorporate the hot and cold valves and spout
in one body.
Over rim supply bidets
Bidets for over rim supply are manufactured with one or
three tap holes. A constant ow of clean water is provided
for washing at a selected temperature.
Pillar taps
Traditional separate hot and cold taps for baths and basins.
Quarter turn
A ceramic disc cartridge that activates the water ow from
off to fully on in just 90 of movement.
Sequential
Sequential taps use only one lever which controls water
temperature. The water ow always starts at cold, reducing
risk of scalding and ensuring a cold water purge.
Single Lever
A simple lever action which controls both ow and
temperature in one easy action and is universally popular
throughout Europe.
Three hole mixers
These mixers have a spout with separate hot and cold valves/
levers/handles and t on to three tap hole basins, baths and
bidets.
Twin ow ttings
Even when water pressure is not balanced, Ideal-Standards
twin ow ttings provide solutions for bath and basin. They
allow a cold supply direct from the mains, while the hot
supply can be furnished from low pressure storage.
Unvented supply systems
Traditionally the supply of water within the house in the
United Kingdom has relied on the storage tank, usually sited
in the roof of the house, for at least the supply to hot taps.
The supply of cold water has varied between supply from the
mains or supply from the storage tank. The unvented supply
system is a new development which eliminates the storage
of cold water completely and supplies both hot and cold
water at equal pressure by means of a pressure vessel and
controls. It is essential that professional advice is sought if
this type of system is being contemplated.

manufacture were originated by Ideal Standard. These include ceramic disc
technology, which controls water ow and temperature with impeccable
precision, single lever operations which offer smooth, temperature-controlled
water, dual controls for mixer bodies, and quarter turn operations for taps.

1 CLICK technology
The single lever basin mixer and bidet mixer
incorporate a CLICK feature that encourages
water saving the user lifts the handle until they
feel a slight resistance. This resistance informs
the user that the tting is delivering only 50% of
its maximum ow potential. Lifting the handle
further enables the tting to deliver maximum
ow. CLICK technology is available on Idyll Two,
Ceramix, Ceraplan and Melange.
3 Ceramic Disc technology
The multi-port cartridge brings a unique
feature for easy temperature control.
A single lever controls the pressure and
temperature within a unique comfort zone,
between 30-45C. This gives more sensitive
control and provides smooth effortless
handle operation even at high pressures.

Thermostatic control
The Cool Body innovation ensures the tting remains
safe to touch, whilst Thermostatic control ensures that
water temperature is maintained for total comfort
and safety. This means you and your children are safe
regardless of any changes in water usage elsewhere in
the home.. Available on Melange and Active.
2 Temperature Limit Stop
The Temperature Limit Stop can be pre-set in any of four
positions to provide extra safety. The safety stop feature
on all single lever models limits the mixer delivering
water in a fully opened hot position.
5 Easy maintenance
Removable outlet nozzle for easy maintenance or upgrade.
4 Brass ttings
Cast brass body fully compliant with European standards.

Idealll
A new concept in bath lling, Idealll ttings may
be mounted on or around the bath or on the wall,
independently of the ller, without the need for
a conventional spout. The water comes from the
combined ller and overow. This enables you to
turn the water on and off from a convenient place
without having to stretch around a shower screen
or alcove. Idealll is a low pressure product and
will work with the majority of domestic systems
delivering 23 litres of water per minute faster
than any other bath lling system. Currently
available in Cone or Silver.
6 Topx installation
The Academy, Idyll Two, Ceramix, Ceraplan SL,Disc
& Duo and Active mixer ranges incorporate this new
system which has an innovative patented feature,
enabling the mixer to be tted from above the basin.
This avoids the difculty of tightening the tting in
the awkward space beneath the basin, simplifying
and speeding up the installation time. The matching
bidet mixer is also available with the easy t system.

Water, our most precious resource, is more and more in demand. As water usage and its costs
continue to rise, architects, planners and environmentalists are searching for new alternatives.
Click technology
Click technology gives you easy control over how much water you want to
use. The user lifts the lever until they feel a slight resistance. This indicates
that the tting is using 50% of its ow. Applying greater pressure results
in a click giving 100% ow.
Ceramic disc cartridges
Apart from being annoying, a dripping tap can waste a lot of water over
a period of time. Taps with ceramic disc cartridge control water with
impeccable precision. The ceramic disc is extremely durable and eliminates
the waste of a dripping tap. A dripping tap that wastes 1 litre of water per
hour is the equivalent of wasting 1460 full WC ushes a year.
Flow Regulator
Fitting a water regulator allows you to control the amount of water a
tap uses. Water usage is determined by water pressure and the size of
valve in the tap. So where you have particularly high pressure a tap could
be delivering many unnecessary litres of water per minute. Our mixer
tap regulator is designed to give you a maximum of 6 litres of water per
minute up to a pressure of 3 bar. The regulator is screwed onto the tap
outlet and has an airated nozzle. This gives the user a ne airated spray of
water - both softer to the hand and perfect for quickly lathering with soap.

Although it looks like a complicated piece of engineering, the TT valve has actually been designed to be beautifully simple.
It uses just the one cartridge, which also means fewer moving parts and easier maintenance. Weve made the non-return
valves reversible, so you dont have to re-plumb if the hot and cold supply pipes have been incorrectly installed, saving time
and money. Finally, the TT Valve has only one mixed outlet connection, is suitable for rising or falling pipe-work and can be
installed vertically or horizontally. Suitable for all hot water systems from 0.1 bar to 5.0 bar.

Everyones doing their bathroom up these days. And while
classic plain white tiles are still in fashion, more and more
of us are using hand-crafted tiles and beautiful mosaics
sourced from specialist shops. Trouble is, although they
look beautiful they tend to have uneven surfaces. Put
that together with the fact that a lot more houses and
ats have stud partition walls, and youll see why theres
an increasing demand for water-tight sealing. To answer
this demand, the new TT valve and face plates have been
constructed with a twin sealing system:

A step by step guide to installing the TT Valve
1. Fix the valve body into position
and connect the pipework.
5. Trim back the tiling template.
2. Make good the wall by
plastering around the valve
up to the plaster guard.
6. Fit the sealing plate.
3. Place the tiling template
over the plaster guard.
7. Fix the face plate.
4. Tile the wall.
8. Attach the handles.

Idealll is a new concept in bath lling. Idealll ttings may be mounted on or
around the bath or on the wall, independently of the lter, without the need for a
conventional spout. The water comes from the combined ller and overow. This
enables you to turn the water on and off from a convenient place without having to
stretch around a shower screen or alcove.
Idealll is a low pressure product and will work with the majority of domestic systems
delivering 23 litres of water per minute - faster than any other bath lling system.
