Managing day to day operations on demand planning.

Managing customer orders from order entry, follow up to back order management Managing customer service team & WH for ON TIME IN FULL delivery to customers Resolving issues involving ATP and its deviations and other customer delivery difficulties Developing 24 months rolling forecast based on past history , current trend , seasonality, market intelligence Ensuring material planning & availability as per rolling forecast / customer schedule / market demand Leading demand review meetings with customers, sales managers and other stake holders Initiating and conducting weekly supply review meeting with cross functional supply chain team to analyze purchase / supply / production constraints Measuring and reporting actual vs planned performance overall, by market segment, sales territory, and product family, item Analyzing sales trend and forecast error / bias to improve accuracy and for inventory optimization Working closely with inter company supply chain team for material planning / stock movements across various units / plants Establishing, measuring and reporting various KPIs related to supply chain process Monitoring stocks levels (RM, SEMI & FG) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Maintaining inventory days on hand to target or less Conducting Inventory analysis (turns) to identify Slow Moving / Non-moving / Obsolete stocks Monitoring deployment of stocks from Central WH to different WH locations in India as per forecast Central point of contact for all supply related issues for sales & supply chain team

Being the Drug Supply Mangement representative in Technical Research and Development subteam, drives Drug Substance/Drug Product supply process, ensures key project milestones are met. Creates and updates Drug Substance/Drug Product supply plan on global project level, reviews supply plan in Technical R&D sub-team and ensures agreements with stakeholders on Drug Substance/Drug Product delivery quantity/timeline.

Maintains overall supply plans, optimizing overage/drug usage, minimizing waste, allowing the flexibility to accomodate changing demand. Has key role at demand planning meetings, responsible for coordination of delivery of drug substance, drug product and packaged goods according to plan. Looks for available options for comparators based on Clinical demand, triggers technical feasibil-ity testing and procures selected comparator Plans budget for associated external costs for comparators and commercial drug products and is-sues related grants and purchase orders. Coordinates and maintains the Drug Supply Mangement project budget in SUCCEED (planned and actual costs). Aligns with Trial Manager on clinical supply to ensure that supply meets the changing demand on project level. Supports internal/external inspections and audits. Actively contributes to SOP creation, revision and update.

Minimum requirements Education (minimum/desirable): Degree in science, engineering or equivalent. Supply Chain Management certificate preferred Languages: Fluent English language skills Experience/Professional requirement: more than 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, preferred but not required in the pharmaceutical industry Excellent IT application know how (e.g. SAP). Good knowledge about the Drug Developmengt process Basic project management , good organization and planning skills Knowledge of relevant regulations Demonstrated problem-solving and idea generation skills Good presentation skills Fundamental Leadership skills Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in interdisciplinary, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams (USA, Europe and Asia)
