Nowadays, vocabulary has become, with grammar, in one of the pillars that supports the teaching of any language. According to Harmer If language structures make up the skeleton of language, then it is vocabulary that provides the vital organs and the flesh. Researching on learning a second language has shown that, to achieve a good level of competence in L2 is needed to have much contact with the language in a natural way. Students need to have access to a spontaneous spoken communication, preferably within an interactive environment where they get lots of information on the structure and functioning of the foreign language. In such circumstances students can check they are forming hypotheses about the language they are learning. The Learning a second language is a long and natural. Student must necessarily pass through the stages of knowledge "Imperfect" before mastering the various aspects of foreign language. LESSON PLAN EXAMPLE CONTENT: Chemistry TOPIC: Assessment acid - base LANGUAGE: English TYPE OF ACTIVITY: Experiment in chemistry lab STUDENTS: Upper secondary school, third year (16-17 years) TEACHERS: Chemistry and English teachers

OBJECTIVE: Students become familiar with a method of volumetric analysis; understanding the acid-base titration and the molar ratios and using a procedure to determine the PH value of a solution. TIME: 3 - 4 hours PHASE 1 "Preparation" The Chemistry and English teachers enter all specific words related to necessary instrumentation for performing the titration experiment. point to and name the different instrumental parts: funnel, pipettes, titration clamp, etc.. and students repeat the names. slide shows with the pictures and names of instruments, and students take note. give each student a picture of instruments and they must write the names slide shows a list of verbs and expressions that will be used during the experiment: set up, add, place, shut off the stopcock, mix, etc., representing the meaning of the different actions and students repeat and take notes. STEP 2 "Experiment" Chemistry teacher exposes the different phases of the experiment as follows: teaches instrumentals and forms groups delivers a script and displays the contents: Introduction, objective and calculation reads the introduction and the objectives and answer the questions that Students perform about the experiment in groups of three as follows: examining the instructions carefully, following the procedure step by step taking note of the results of the experiment performing the calculation based on the results of experiments. PHASE 3 "Final Report" Students prepare an oral report about the experiment in groups and present it to the class and teachers. They discuss their results and answer the questions from teachers and other groups.

In the evaluation, however, the subject must precedence over language correction. Some teachers make assessment tests which include two sections: one based on understanding and can be structured as a test, choosing an answer from several possible. This section primarily assesses the knowledge on the content of the course. The second section may be oriented more towards the linguistic aspect with open questions to which the student must answer in the foreign language. This will be evaluated in the same test both the content as the language.
