Why 5 entire revisions of this ebook? Simple: Much has happened since its original release just a short while
back; and I want you to have the latest content that’s currently applicable.

Some of the things that have caused me to update, revise, and even add some newer content include the
following:

1. Immediately after its release people screamed “bloody murder!”…

Immediately upon its release, a number of people filled the Warrior Forum and screamed “Scam!”

Upon our investigation we learned that only one (1) person from among about 45 people had actually ordered
the ebook, and then said he thought we had misused the word “free” and the other 44 people in “play-along
mob-fashion” played followers to just one leader (who didn’t even have his facts straight!)

At first we were saddened by this initial response, but then an interesting thing happened:

People started filling the forum with very positive comments about Get Google Ads FREE!

Many of these people were sharp, experienced Internet- and affiliate-marketers with up to 12 years’
experience online!

These people (who started appearing on pages 2 and 3 of the thread) were cautioning others NOT to listen to
the naysayers, but rather to read very carefully what was inside Get Google Ads FREE and use it.

Additionally, some people started coming forward telling others that after applying what’s in Get Google Ads
FREE they had actually experienced great successes whereby they had eliminated their PPC budgets
completely.

UPDATE! Due to the Forum generating so much positive response and great traffic, the
entire thread was removed by its Moderator!

Shockingly John Reese’s Traffic Secrets received at most 110 posts (we were 109% more popular in terms of
posts) and 5,944 reads (we were 152% more popular in terms of reads) -- and Traffic Secrets is by far one of
the most popular topics about a product that’s gained quite a following, and by one of the Web’s leading
marketing experts of all time! (See it for yourself here.)

Since the Moderator of the Warrior Forum didn’t mind allowing members to run around amok breaking their own
rules (specifically Rules 2, 3, and 4) I decided to use all this free publicity to point out to my subscribers the
“war” going on over there – and this proved ironically very profitable!

There was a Warrior Forum Member by the nickname of “DustyBin” who seemed absolutely angry that we
were so successful selling Get Google Ads FREE!

DustyBin even admitted to never having ordered (much less read) Get Google Ads FREE! (Yet he yelled the
loudest at the Warrior Forum thread about it, and portrayed him/herself as the absolute “expert” regarding it!)

Ironically, as this “war” at the Warrior Forum reached its peak (where name-calling, insults, and even foul
language were being used between members in the so-called “Get Google Ads FREE Controversy”) we sold
more copies of Get Google Ads FREE than ever before.

We even managed over $44,000 in sales in a single day!

We announced this to the entire Web, and literally 100s of top-name Internet marketers wrote in to
congratulate us on what they were calling the “best example of ‘controversy marketing’ ever seen!”

Then surprisingly the Moderator of the Warrior Forum REMOVED the entire thread. /

When we wanted it removed because it was misleading people, they kept it there.

My Secret Revealed! 
You OBVIOUSLY recognize that pay-per-click (PPC) advertising is perhaps the BEST form of “targeted” online
advertising.

This is because no other means currently exists online that produces a more “exact” match to ones searches
than a specifically-directed advertisement based completely on relevant keywords and keyword phrases.

Literally, this means putting the exact customer directly & instantly in contact with exactly the right seller.

In a nutshell, PPC (pay-per-click) advertising accomplishes:

1. DIRECT and EXACT match search results for your offer

2. The ability to start generating traffic immediately

3. The ability to start generating a database immediately (i.e., a potential customer list of email addresses
and names)

4. The ability to start generating customers and clients immediately

5. The ability to finely tune your marketing efforts by real-time empirical information compilation (i.e., with
PPCs you can experiment in a ‘real-time’ environment so that you can better hone your marketing
science)

Equally as impressive as the results of actual PPC selling is the fact that (as described in 5 above) you can gain
more meaningful data that will help you elsewhere as you may borrow from what you learn from this form of
direct response marketing; such as in more effectively search engine optimizing any webpage (more on this
shortly).

For these and other reasons, pay-per-clicks should not only never be overlooked in your promotional efforts as a
very viable means of enhancing your online business, but you are also encouraged to make FULL use of them
in anything you do as far as selling on the Internet!

But here’s the ever rising concern with this type of advertising…

More and more PPCs are getting very expensive; often eliminating many people from even experimenting with
them long enough to be able to:

a) learn sufficiently so they may adjust their campaign to be able to perform as well, but for lower costs

b) gain any real meaningful data that can be applied elsewhere

In other words, whenever you do any type of PPC advertising you need to be allowed sufficient time to adjust
keywords bids, daily budgets, phrase matching dynamics, etc. so that you can play around with your campaign
in such a way as to lower costs, yet still maintain high ranks.

For instance, a small group of Internet marketers (me included) deliberately bid higher at first and set our daily
budgets unusually high so that we are assured instant front page placement; which in turn guarantees we get
immediate click-throughs and traffic.

This causes search engine algorithms to begin compiling statistics very favorably for whatever campaigns we
decide on.

After a short while (usually several weeks) sufficient statistics are then recorded in these search engines, and
such that we can begin lowering our bids slightly, as well as begin reducing our daily budgets. When our ads
don’t fall in rank, we again make these same kinds of adjustments in both individual bids and daily budgets and
until there may be a slight falling in our ads placement for any select keyword or phrase.

We then HOLD off on any further adjustments to that ad, but only for that particular keyword or phrase; while
still adjusting others a tad here and there until they do likewise.

After doing this slowly over several weeks, we are often able to lower our original bids and daily budgets to as
little as 1/3 to even as little as 1/5, yet still maintain excellent FRONT PAGE positioning, and usually at the very
TOP of the page (even in the Premium spots at top search engines as Google, Yahoo, MSN and others!)

These TOP Premium spots are often viewed by searchers the same way as the “organic” results found just
below them (most people hardly differentiate them at a glance).

The ONLY difference is that the organic results aren’t “paid-for advertising.”

Your goal should always be to dominate these spots as there is never any question as to whether these ads get
clicked on (THEY DO!) Naturally, you should pursue this ambition most aggressively.

Additionally, after some while making these adjustments in your PPC campaign you can gather a large amount
of helpful information that you can use elsewhere.

For instance, I work with SEOPs (Search Engine Optimization Professionals).

It’s the constant job and challenge of all SEOPs to know SEO (Search Engine Optimization) inside and out.

When ‘SEOing’ your site, for instance, you rely on them to modify your pages’ codes so as to help your pages
climb naturally within the organic results at top search engines.

If these pros know what they are doing, you should be able to get high ranking organic results for most any
pages.

If they don’t, you are wasting your money on pseudo-experts!

One of the techniques used by SEOPs is to determine which keywords and keyword phrases are BEST for
applications in header-tags and other code locations within your HTML so that search engine robots (called
“spiders”) can start harvesting meaningful data in such a way as to ensure your pages climb very well within
the organic ranks.

If this is done improperly your pages can be “punished;” but if done very well, the reward is a higher rank. (Ask
yourself how do you think the results that appear at the top got that way?)

Therefore it is very crucial that only the most optimal selection of relevant keywords and phrases be used as
now more and more search engines greatly limit your use of how many keywords and phrases you can use at
these code locations.

Helpful Relevant Tip: 

So here’s a really good time to explain to you how to help out your SEOPs (even though it’s their job to know
better than you – ha!)

After a short while running and adjusting your PPC campaign, inside your PPC account it will show up the most
clicked on keywords and phrases.

You should select perhaps the TOP 10 keywords and phrases and work from these.

You should then look and see not only which ones make the TOP 10, but also examine which among these
TOP 10 have the greatest CTR (Click Thru Rate).

You see it’s not enough just to make the TOP 10; each of these top performers must be examined to include
which ones also have the highest CTRs.

When you’ve selected the TOP 5 with the BEST CTR from among the TOP 10, then you will have the
BEST relevant keywords and phrases that you can now use when SEOing (if that’s something you
may one day care to do in addition to PPC advertising).

But this is NOT required, nor a part of the Secret within this ebook (just a helpful and useful tip I threw in free!)

The reason I appear to have gone on a slight tangent here is because what all I’ve just told you will be of great
use in your efforts when advertising FREE on such search engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN (and
others).

Even though you will no longer be too concerned with advertising costs associated with your PPC advertising,
these strategies MUST nevertheless be mastered by you!

Now, before I tell you the Secret to advertising FREE with all PPCs, again allow me to point out that I have been
using this Secret in one form or another since the Internet first became commercially available in 1995.

Additionally, I used this same Secret before the advent of the commercial Internet with BBSs.

And do you want to know to what degree I used my own Secret I’m about to just hand you for next to nothing?

Well, over the last 10 years or so I have gotten over $93 million in
advertising completely FREE -- due completely to my amazing Secret!

And I am just 1 person! Name anyone else on the entire planet that you know of that can honestly make a
similar or equal claim!

You can’t, can you?

Now, if all this doesn’t get your attention and make you realize how significant my Secret truly is, then you aren’t
impressed by anything. But you may be shocked now to learn exactly how I do this even to this very day…

Now, before I reveal precisely how my amazing secret works, let me give you an analogy:

Years ago I watched a late night TV infomercial that talked about how to buy real estate with no money
down. I thought to myself that this would have to be a great secret as if I too could follow the courses
instructions, I reasoned I could buy up all the real estate I possibly could and make a fortune either renting it out
to others or at least reselling it for cash.

Admittedly, I was a bit surprised when I ordered this course only to find that the real estate wasn’t free (even if I
wasn’t the one who paid for it).

The secret to buying real estate with no money turned out to be a method (several methods actually) that
entailed my first getting someone who wanted to sell desperately and then finding an investor who would buy
the property, and I could get for myself a cut of the action.

While it wasn’t actually free land, it would be free to me if I followed the course’s instructions.

Similarly, when I was just getting my first practice years and years ago, I used to advertise my services in
newspapers, and I discovered a clever little strategy that worked very well that would get me endless patients
without my having to advertise.

I learned of “classified ad sheets” in college and which basically was where a single advertiser would buy up a
whole page in a newspaper or magazine and then turn around and sell-off segments of the page for less
than the magazine itself would for the same amount of space.

For instance, if a magazine sold off 1 inch display ads individually for $500 an inch you’d think that 3 columns
each 10 inches deep would be $500 x 30, or $15,000 worth of advertising space per a full page.

But most magazines who offered individual 1 inch display ads for $500 seldom sold full pages for above $4,000.

This meant that after dividing by 30 inches maximum per page, someone buying the entire page for $4,000
would only need to sell off individual 1 inch display ads for about $134 each to break even.

The difference between $500 and $134 is $366 – and which in terms of $500 per inch is a net savings of over
73% OFF!

Even offering 50% OFF would be alluring enough to other advertisers for them to jump on the wagon and buy
up all the spaces far, far faster than the magazine could sell them off for at the regular $500 per ad full price!

If sold completely, the advertiser who pays $4,000 for the entire page would actually be able to sell just 16 one-
inch display ads out of all 30, and completely recover his or her costs for the entire page.

And this would leave 14 one-inch spaces available either to sell off further (and to make a profit), or to use for
oneself – or possibly for BOTH purposes.

I discovered that this practice not only has existed since centuries back in the universe of advertising, but it’s still
being done today.

But shockingly, I discovered that while this practice has been adapted online in different formats, almost no one
is single-handedly doing this online, or of those who are no one is telling others how to successfully do the
same!

When I first ventured online about a decade ago, I decided from the get-go to adapt this strategy I had both
used and seen offline in magazines and in newspapers for years, but to an online marketing venue.

And I managed to attain some amazing results with great ease.

I started (as I’m going to instruct you herein likewise) very slowly at first as I knew that the Web may not behave
exactly as its offline equivalent.

But after just a very shot while, I quickly caught on and even developed a number of excellent techniques that
allowed me to buy up literally $1 million’s in advertising in just days, but where I never paid a single dime for
any of it!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Keep in mind, therefore, that regardless of what you read herein, I’m
never going to tell you to just go out and start off by securing $1,000’s in advertising, and
therefore run the risk of you having to come out of pocket initially with the chance of you
getting stuck with it.

So here’s how I adapted this strategy online and precisely how my Secret works:

1. I create a website, and make a doorway page; or sometimes a lead-capture page, or possibly a
splash page; and for any product or offer I may choose.

2. I then apply the SAME principles above for determining the BEST keywords and keyword phrases, most
optimal (lowest yet effective) bids, and most optimal (yet still front page effect) daily budgets; and for
that particular page (i.e., doorway, lead-capture and/or splash pages).

3. Once I have determined the exact costs (i.e., bids and daily budgets minimums) and for ALL relevant
keywords and phrases, I take this total cost and multiply it by 31 days maximum (for the greatest
number of days in a month possible) and get a maximum monthly PPC advertising cost.

4. I then (for simplicity’s sake) divide this amount by a possible 10 spots I choose to sell off on this same
doorway page.

5. I then multiply this number by a lower multiplier of 1.25 and an upper multiplier of 1.5 to get my lower
and upper sell-off ad costs.

6. I then advertise on that very page using a banner that reads in essence:

7. I then sell off all the possible spaces thereby completely offsetting all my advertising! (And quite
SHOCKINGLY, you’d be very surprised at just how quickly I can sell these off at just about any
reasonable price I select!)

This secret system is in fact a 21-century “adaptation” and “hybrid” of an old 19th- and 20th-century
advertising strategy, and today online is one of the BEST KEPT SECRETS EVER!

Why you may not have seen this breakthrough secret applied elsewhere:

Perhaps you have concluded that if this were in fact true it would well have already been embraced by
the Net’s community of advertisers (seems reasonable).

But here is what I “think” may have happened (and I use the word ‘think’ because I have absolutely no
way of ever proving one way of the other)…

When the Web became available as a commercial selling medium in 1995 advertisers concentrated on
defining what the “Web” actually was an a “species.” It was described as “something the likes of which
no one has ever seen before” and that it should be “treated unlike anything in the traditional sense.”

Remember people saying this, or does that seem like ancient history now?

Shortly afterwards all the talk started about SEO (search engine optimization), and which became the
Webpreneur’s first and foremost means of generating publicity (i.e., advertising) for his or her online
business.

Now, think about it for a minute: Until then was there anything in traditional offline advertising media
that compared to SEO (where your magazine ad [for instance] could actually climb higher if it was better
indexed in some magazine?)

Of course not!

So, a whole new idiom and nomenclature formed on the basis of a completely new “animal.”

This would be akin to scientist discovering a new species that was so unique and different that it couldn’t be
fitted into the traditional categorization method of classification (known as Linnaean Taxonomy).

And that’s what the Internet was to the World at large and in scope.

So, it’s only natural that perhaps many advertisers left behind proven, well-tested and dependable traditional
advertising strategies in large chunks, and while working to embrace and develop completely new ideas of
thinking in the world to come (and of course: its “virtual marketplace!)

But there is a saying that “history often if not always repeats itself.” (And the Web proved, at least to me, to be
no exception to this paradigm!)

There is an online company called Wolf Enterprises that has been doing a 20th-century “traditional” version
of my secret but with OFFLINE publications for years; namely opportunity magazines.

What Wolf does in essence is they buy entire FULL PAGES of ad space direct from the magazines and at
BULK prices because they buy them up to a year in advance.

Referring to the Table on the above page, Wolf gets a $9,002 page for just $7,654 per issue by taking
advantage of x12 purchasing!

How my SECRET works in mainstream offline advertising media by analogy: 
Now, on the ABOVE Rate Card for Small Business Opportunities (SBO) Magazine notice that a 1/24th of a
page ad regularly costs $656 per issue.

Had you multiplied this amount by 24 (so as to equal a whole page) this comes to:

$15,744 (if you bought the entire page in 1/24th segments at a time)

But Wolf saves $8,090 per page by buying the whole page at a time, and doing it per a year’s worth of issues by
contract.

So, Wolf can now sell off individual spots on any page they buy and very quickly, simply by selling it for LESS
than what someone would be forced to buy it if they paid themselves directly to the magazine, yet still get the
SAME readership (which in Net terminology would be “traffic”).

Wolf won’t have a hard time selling off this space as:

1. Advertisers will be getting the same ad space but much, much less from Wolf
2. Yet in so doing they will be getting the same level of exposure!

And Wolf will of course far exceed just recovering their costs; see an example if they sell off the usual $656
spots for as little as $375 each what would happen:

24 spots sold x $375 each = $9,000 (and remember: Wolf pays just $7,654 per page; so they actually PROFIT
the difference, and which comes to:

$1,346 per page (and they buy literally several pages per issue and in up to 15 or so different publications (so
you see how they can generate quite a fantastic monthly income!)

If they just average for instance, a $1,000 profit per page, and do this for 3 pages per each monthly issue, and
times just 10 different publications similarly, they’d be making a profit of:

$1,000 x 3 x 10 = $30,000 monthly (or $360,000 a year!)

And again, all they’re doing is just buying low, and selling off higher (but still at LESS what the magazines would
charge individual advertisers on a per issue basis and for the same, but smaller ad spaces!)

But to top this, Wolf at anytime can place their own ads on any of their own resold-off pages to
others, and thereby their ads ride for FREE!

On the pages to follow I show you two prime examples of Wolf’s awesome system…

allow their own ad (or ads as the case may be) ride for FREE! This tried-and-true system has been around
offline for years – and I’ve now managed to adapt is specifically online to pay-per-click search engine
advertising.

So now we’ve established that this works very well (and has actually been doing so as an advertising strategy
since perhaps before the 1800’s!) and it’s not theoretical but very factual.

So, how does this compare by analogy online to paid-for highly-targeted search engine advertising?

Simple:

1. Instead of “magazine” pages we have webpages (specifically I’ve found to work BEST actual lead-
capture devices called “Squeeze Pages” to maximize the leads into greater leverage from the resulting
traffic!)

2. Instead of small display ads we have button banner and regular banner ads

3. Instead of magazine readership we have online traffic

In a nutshell…

A) Your advertisers are happy because they get to enjoy your higher-priced powerful traffic streams as
your traffic sees also their banner ads and clicks (I even proved that having as many as 25 banner ads
didn’t dilute much the success of each individual ad)

B) Google and all the other search engines you use for this are happy because the STILL get paid
and it even boosts their revenues (Recall I told you at the site that my secret actually doesn’t rob Google
at all, but actually stimulates even MORE revenue for them – well now you know how this is possible!)

C) And of course YOU are happy because:

1. You suffer NO ad costs as my secret allows you to eliminate it completely (and


perhaps even make a profit further!)

2. Your main offer rides in the middle FREE!

This is probably one of the only examples of a true and genuine “win-win-win” situation or scenario.

Few other things offer so much an all-inclusion of success as my secret herein demonstrated.

Most of the time someone is forced to lose; but in all my years doing this it’s hardly ever happened.

You can start very small if you want using as few as a single keyword, and then increasing as time goes by
(and as well as in how much you charge others to advertise on your page!)

Developing the Perfect Landing Pages on Which to Sell‐Off Ad Space 
It’s very important that you develop the “perfect” landing pages (also called “splash pages”) on which to sell-off
ad spaces to other advertisers.

If done properly, you will have BOTH an attractive as well as a well laid-out design that will attract no
shortage of advertisers.

Also, before going any further, please note that selling off ad space on your landing pages isn’t hard at all. I
discovered early on that there is NO SHORTAGE of potential advertisers out there both online and offline –
and this will ALWAYS work to YOUR ADVANTAGE over everyone else’s.

The 5 basic factors that more than guarantee this are as follows:

1. The Web is continually growing at a faster rate each & every year – so more and more advertisers
will naturally be looking to advertise whenever and wherever they can!

2. Potential advertisers are constantly testing (as a rule) newer venues on which to grab up some much
sought after “cyber real estate” on which to post their sales messages (these will be YOUR landing
pages!)

3. Since many if not most potential advertisers are actually afraid to jump with both feet first into
using Google pay-per-click advertising, they have NO problem relying on YOU and your webpages
as a place to get their feet wet first before taking any greater risks or ever really fully leaping in.

4. The fact that YOU carefully prepare and develop landing pages that are being promoted using only the
BEST and most highly-targeted pay-per-click advertising using only the choicest select keywords
and phrases makes your expertise and electronic properties (i.e., your webpages) a most attractive
place for any and all potential advertisers.

5. The fact that advertisers (about 98%) who are gun-shy of going all out with Google advertising (and
which in recent years has only gotten a lot pricier since Google went public on the stock trade market!)
but who, thanks completely to YOU, can now get a taste of that Google segment of the Web but at a

The above promoter can easily get tons and tons of advertisers to place ads on their page – and thereby
permanently OFFSETTING any targeted PPC advertising they may decide to do.

Important SECRET: Potential advertisers would collectively (when added together) end up
flipping the ENTIRE advertising bill for this promoter, while at the same time no particular
advertiser individually would be suffering having to pick up the full tab on this
advertiser’s budget!

Notice how for just a 125x125 pixel button banner it costs no less than $15,000 per month!

And keep in mind that Alexa can get away with pricing these sell-off’s this high chiefly because they are already
getting tons and tons of traffic.

Alexa relies completely on search engine optimization and reputation alone in order to get this level of traffic
(and because so many webmasters place Alexa’s Toolbar on their sites!)

Inside Trade Secret #1: When you compose YOUR landing pages, you will generate
amazing levels of traffic to them simply by setting up a Google AdWords account; and
then starting small and most affordably, you begin selling off at first a few ads to
other advertisers and at a lower price – only to expand your advertising to include
MORE & MORE keywords & phrases, and at HIGHER & HIGHER bids so that your
landing pages get only the absolute very BEST traffic, and which will more than
justify the higher expense to your advertisers!

Don’t rush! As a rule never try and rush to where you’re spending a lot out of pocket on your Google ads.
Recall the title of this ebook “Get Google Ads FREE!” and always set things up so that YOU at least never have
to pay for your ads.

Other than initial few dollars necessary to secure your Google AdWords account, you should never have to
spend any money on advertising now that you can “PRE-Capitalize” your ads budgets even BEFORE they
begin!

How to PRE-Capitalize:

PRE-capitalization just means that before running an ad campaign, you’ve collected money in advance from
potential advertisers, and so that when it comes time to get the bill you already have the money.

Although the Google AdWords account will undoubtedly be either in your name or the name of your business
(and thereby giving you complete control!) the moneys to pay its bills will be provided by a collection of other
advertisers.

Now, in earlier editions of this ebook I described setting up an ad campaign first, start driving greater and
greater levels of traffic to it, and then and only then start selling off ad spots (either textural or banner ads).

This works fine in and of itself, but some people erroneously concluded that they had to first bid high, spend a
lot of upfront capital, and only then when large levels of traffic came pouring in would they be able to apply my
system.

NOT TRUE!

This was just a hasty conclusion on some people’s parts who just wanted to assume the worst.

The fact is, you have two (2) chief and principle reasons this is never so:

1. You can PRE-capitalize at anytime (so you never have any initial costs)

2. You can start extremely small to fit any budget, generate some good traffic, sell-off some spaces, then
expand, repeat and rinse!

These 2 reasons alone guarantee that my system will NEVER be anything that will place you at any risk as you
have absolute control as to how big (or small as the case may be) that you want to go.

With the method of starting small (non-pre-capitization) it should be obvious that you simply start with as few
as a single keyword or phrase, and then bid only an amount that you can reasonably afford, and set your daily
budget so that it’s set to an amount that of you had to pay it yourself for 30 days straight it would be such a
small amount you could easily afford it.

Google’s own internal calculation tool to see which keywords & phrases that “if
used” and set at such-and-such a default will result in such-and-such costs – and

Keep in mind: With all this talk about selling off ads to others, how to determine the
amounts, and how to pre-capitalize, don’t forget the most important objective in all of
this, and that’s the fact that YOUR main ad promotion rides FREE as a result (the purpose
of this entire ebook).

In a nutshell, you sell off enough spaces at enough of an amount each so that combined
you end up having suffered no expense out of your own pocket, while at the very same
time you have your own promotional offer situated on these same landing pages – either
designed to sell-off something directly of your own, or to capture leads with a simple
autoresponder form.

I once received an email from someone claiming that since he had never heard of anyone selling off ad space
on their webpages or landing pages he therefore assumed it was a ridiculous idea.

Immediately I thought how limited most people’s understanding of how to make money truly is.

Among the TOP websites on the Web my system is common knowledge and practiced routinely. Many of both
the largest as well as the smallest online business now at least use some type of sell-off’s in order to either add
an additional income stream, or at least to offset either partially or entirely their costs.

So common is this practice at the highest levels of the Web’s top sites that revenues from these additional
income streams exceed many BILLIONS of dollars!

But don’t think that just because “big Web business” is doing this that somehow the “little guy” can equally use
this system (that would be a foolish and incorrect assumption).

The fact is: At a smaller scale you are at far less risk, and can recoup your costs more readily as you
appeal naturally to more people who can afford what you charge them as the larger sites are limited
only to advertisers who can afford (like those on Alexa’s pages) to pay $10,000’s or more for just a
small button banner.

Think about this for a moment: Wouldn’t you rather be in a position to accept $100s of dollars from millions of
potential advertisers rather than $10,000’s from just a handful of advertisers?

It’s similar to the tax structure in that smaller taxes are collected from the majority of the population, and even
though the individual amounts per person are much, much smaller, they collectively add up to literally trillions of
dollars; whereas those taxes from the wealthier, although much, much larger individually, collectively add up to
very little overall.

AdSense™ versus My More Powerful Secret… 
It’s no secret that each day thousands upon thousand of webmasters offset their ad costs as well as even
establish well-fixed income streams thanks to Google AdSense.

In case you aren’t very familiar with AdSense, it works basically like this:

1. You set up a webpage – which most often is an article, but can equally be a landing page or lead-
capture page, or even a home page to any site.
2. You try to make this webpage content rich and laced with a good share of select keywords in the hopes
that your page will get picked up by Google’s “spiders.”
3. Once well indexed, traffic comes to this webpage you’ve created well.
4. You add a string of code to this site that allows Google ads relevant to what you’re offering or
writing about to appear on that page.
5. When people naturally click on those little ads Google sends you a cut of the amounts they collect
from those advertisers – usually around 35% of each pay-per-click.

tags), and which also contains a FREE Newsletter Sign-Up form (so this page can also capture leads and
therefore build a subscriber base!) and which also contains Google AdSense ads that when clicked will
produce additional revenue for the webpage’s owner:

This page appears nearly at the TOP when I just now typed in “make money online” as a keyword phrase into
Google, and out of 2,670,000 results:

The webmaster that created this page did a very good job of making it search engine optimized.

To read more on search engine optimization and how better to do this to any webpages you have, simply click

This particular webpage no doubt gets tons and tons of FREE TRAFFIC because 1,000’s of people daily type in
the keywords “make money online” and instantly see this result in one of the top “organic” positions.

I suspect that this webmaster gets quite a great revenue stream from Google as those little Ads by Google ads
(shown on page 30 above) get clicked an awful lot each and ever minute!

Even if he made just 50¢ per click, and he got just 1,000 clicks a day, he’d easily be making $500 a day from
just this single page! (And you can imagine what would happen if he had many pages like this one!)

To see what select keywords he tagged this page with so that it would help him get this amazing 2nd place rank
at Google for this most competitive keyword phrase (i.e., “make money online”) all you’d have to do is go to
this webpage and RIGHT-CLICK and then select “View Source” (which allows you to see the coded language
behind the webpage that your browser reads to project it the way it looks on your computer screen) and look for
the tags:

Once you have selected “View Source” and if the page is UNLOCKED you can see the entire code (which is
most often HTML – Hyper-Text Mark-Up Language) which also contains the tags that Google and other search
engine “spiders” read and index so that the webpages get picked up and ranked according to any given
search engines algorithms.

It’s important however that you never rely solely on tags, keyword content, Web content, and other separate
contributing factors in your efforts to search engine optimize a given webpage – but rather incorporate the entire
spectrum of these factors working jointly and synergistically.

The purpose of this ebook however is NOT to give you lessons on SEO (search engine optimization) as that’s
too risky in my opinion to warrant exploring when it comes to seeking highly-targeted and instant traffic.

SEO can take months to see any results – and usually in my experience and from what I’ve heard through most
experts over the years those results turn out poor far more often than not.

Besides, why bother with such a risky proposition when you can immediately get highly-targeted traffic directly
to any webpage using Google ads? (I.e., AdWords)

The customers you will be selling off your ad spaces to will love the idea that you have paid-for
highly-targeted select keywords and phrases traffic pouring directly to the same page or pages they
will be securing their ads on! (And especially considering the fact that they will also be getting this
same high-quality traffic but for a mere fraction of what they’d have to pay if dealing directly with
Google itself!)

Potential advertisers cherish the fact that YOU have done their homework for them! … And that you’ve set
up a well-organized page that’s easy to navigate so that people easily see their ads! … And that you’ve
also made such laser-targeted traffic available to them at such an affordable price!

Additionally, I wish to add to the above the fact that with AdSense you are restricted to whatever amounts
Google arbitrarily decides you should get for whichever keywords relevancy they apply. For instance, say
you have an ads strip on your webpage that people see and frequently click on.

The advertiser in that strip actually originate with Google’s other program, AdSense. Inside each of the
individual 3 advertiser’s Google AdWords account is a section where they can turn ON or OFF “Content
network.”

When an AdWords account owner clicks this ON, their ads show also at all the other pages you see all over the
Web that read in those little strips “Ads by Google.”

These ads appear in addition to the usual Sponsored Ads one sees at specific keyword and phrase search
targeted results like you get when you simply type into Google any given keyword.

Google charges those AdWords account owners a bit more per click when people click on their search network
ads (i.e., the ads you see when typing in a specific keyword or phrase at Google) over those clicks resulting
from the Ads by Google™ AdSense ad strips.

Why AdSense Isn’t Enough: Unfortunately since one is so much lower than the other, if one
wanted to add some ad strips on a landing page that also was used as a webpage that traffic was
directed to after someone clicked on an AdWords ad, the resulting revenues could hardly match
and therefore offset the AdWords costs from that generated from the AdSense ads on the same
page.

This is the chief reason that my system is so much more superior over AdSense, as with my system
YOU can set how much you charge advertisers rather than Google doing so and limited you, and then
splitting and sending the smaller share your way, and where THEY get the bigger share!

Say for example you had a nice lead-capture page for a money-making opportunity offer, and a Google
AdWords ad directing traffic instantly to it.

Let’s say that the ad below is yours:

You then make use of the best keywords and phrases and set your default bid and individual bids along
with your daily budget most optimally to where you end up getting perhaps 850 clicks a day at a cost on
average of about 28¢ per click¹, therefore totaling $238 per day (about $7,200 a month).

¹Note: This is an example only and is not intended as a guarantee of performance at anytime.

Now, with what’s called “AdSense Arbitrage” you would want to be able to add enough Ads by Google™
AdSense ad strips to your page to where it offsets and eliminates this $7,200 a month so that your main offer
rides for FREE. (Sounds easy, right?)

I certainly won’t tell you that this isn’t possible – because there are a lot of people who are able to successfully
offset either most or all of their AdWords costs using the technique of AdSense arbitrage.

It’s rather a question of the math of the amounts you make from the AdSense compared to the amount you’re
forced to spend with the AdSense.

Say for instance that your ad on page 35 above goes to a landing or splash page like this one:

Now, so far using our very realistic and conservative example (I know as I’ve actually tested this!) we have
the following:

• We are spending on average 28¢ per click for our ad


• We are getting on average 850 clicks per day, which is about 26,000 visitors to this page a month
• We therefore are spending $238 a day, or about $7,200 a month

So we know we have some 26,000 unique visitors stopping by each month which is costing us about $7,200 a
month, right?

Now, how many of those visitors do you think may click on one of those 8 possible AdSense ads (i.e., the 4
inside the middle section and the 4 others along the horizontal strip at the very bottom of the webpage?)

Let’s be very generous and say that since most visitors are obviously “click-happy” as they just clicked our
AdWords ad at Google (or someone else’s AdSense page if we have our Content network ON – Ha!) that we
manage to get 12% of ALL monthly visitors to click on at least 1 of those AdSense ads.

This 12% from among some 26,000 visitors monthly means that 3,120 clicks of those AdSense ads.

Now, what does this mean in terms of how much money YOU get?

Well, I happen to know that quality pay-per-clicks can cost about 26¢ a click, right? (After all that’s how much
the above scenario’s PPCs cost!)

But if Google is willing perhaps to share about 35% at most of each 26¢ they get at most from other advertisers
similarly running related ads, then at best I may get just 9¢ a click! (YUCK!)

Multiplying this 9¢ per AdSense “click” by 3,120 monthly means I end up making at most about $280.

Obviously this $280 a month in additional revenue can’t even begin to offset the $7,200 a month I’m spending
on my AdWords ads, right?

Google however still is able to entice advertisers to activate the “Content network” option inside
their AdWords accounts, and even though at least with highly-targeted and well-set AdWords
advertising most advertisers won’t make anywhere nearly enough to put even a small dent in their
PPC budgets.

Yet, Google manages to:

1. Get people to spend lots of money on pay-per-clicks


2. Entices people with potential AdSense revenues so that millions of webmasters place Google ad strips
on their sites worldwide

The result of course is a “win-win” situation for Google ALWAYS without fail.

No wonder they went public and had so many 10,000’s of people all over the world craving the opportunity to
invest and trade their stocks daily!

But my system puts the power back into YOUR HANDS (where I figure it rightfully belongs as it is after all
your webpages that are the “precious cyber-real estate in question and in such big demand, right?)

Let’s take the same exact page as the one above but modify it to sell off ad spaces where YOU get to set the
costs generated by each ad:

Even though you could sell off the ad spots yourself you’d be much, much wiser by using one of the many
excellent services that handles this for you.

Most allow you to set your own price, and you can screen what ads go on your pages.

On the now modified lead-capture page on page 38 above, we use Adbrite.com for the button banners and
Adster.com for the text ads that appear at the bottom of the page in a horizontal strip.

Because we know without a doubt that the traffic we’re paying for is costing us about $7,200 a month, we
decide to sell off the button banners through Adbrite for $1,400 a month each, (if purchased monthly), or $400
weekly (if purchased by the week), or $80 per day (if purchased by the day).

Further we decide to sell-off the text ads for $600 a month each (if purchased monthly), or $200 weekly (if
purchased by the week), or $40 a day (if purchased by the day).

This way at the very least when we sell-off all 4 Button Banners we make:

• 4 spots x $1,400 monthly-purchased = $5,600


• 4 spots x $400 x 4.4 weeks per month weekly-purchased = $7,040
• 4 spots x $80 x 31 days per month daily-purchased = $9,920

And when we sell-off all 3 Text Ads we make:

• 3 spots x $600 monthly-purchased = $1,800


• 3 spots x $200 x 4.4 weeks per month weekly-purchased = $2,640
• 3 spots x 40 x 31 days per month daily-purchased = $3,720

Adding BOTH sets we get the following minimums:

• $5,600 + $1,800 = $7,400


• $7,040 + $2,640 = $9,680
• $9,920 + $3,720 = $13,640

As you can easily see we would have NO problem selling off enough spaces and at the prices we choose
(rather than Google choosing for us!) and yet still make it affordable to where each advertiser would be getting
their ad seen by $7,200 worth of highly-targeted traffic, but at never more than $1,400 a month for a banner
ad and $600 a month for a text ad!

I mean it is after all the very SAME traffic ($7,200 worth!) – But at a smaller percentage of the cost.

Advertisers see it that they are getting a great deal – while YOU see it as several advertisers coming together to
pay YOUR DEBT for you! (Plus, keep in mind: YOUR AD RIDES FOR FREE!)

In this way I have now gotten well over $93 million in otherwise paid-for advertising – but for FREE!

Not only that, but this has resulted in my having sold well over $375 million is sales in just 9 years online!

Make an Unlimited Number of Lead‐Capture Pages 
You are NOT ever limited to how many pages you can make as those described above where you create a nice
landing page that also serves as a lead-capture device, and where you sell-off some ad space to more than
recover your AdWords costs directing traffic to those pages.

I have successfully done this literally over 1,000 times taking this system a notch well above what most people
consider reasonable.

A few years ago I was consulted by a very famous Internet marketer (whose name I’m required by law to
keep hush-hush) who seemed shocked that I had on my servers literally tons and tons of these webpages.

He then saw that I had created quite a massive traffic-generating and lead-generating system doing
so – and one where I suffered NO expense – yet also one where I was still able to get only the TOP
most highly-targeted traffic and leads resulting in millions of dollars in sales MONTHLY!

He said to me (and I quote him verbatim)…

“Dr Jon, you’ve really done an amazing thing with all this. But what stuns me so is the ease
and simplicity with which it all works. I guess I just find that² to be what’s so overwhelming.”
²Emphasis mine.

What shocked him so much was that I had taken a very, very almost infantile idea, made it work very well, and
then duplicated without limit.

It’s just like my good friends David and Forest Mars of the Mars family who sell Mars bars and M&Ms.

In a nutshell (no pun intended) they have a very simple product, one that a lot of people enjoy, and they simply
sell it over and over again, and make as a result BILLIONS of dollars.

So there’s NO MYSTERY in their success-formula. And there’s NO mystery with my secret system either.

I simply create the landing pages, make them also lead-capture devices, and then sell-off ad space on
them (and I’ll show you shortly how to arrange for this to be done automatically for you), then “rinse” and
“repeat.”

What could be simpler than that?

How to Ensure Only the Best Results and TOP Positions with Your Ads 
Through Doorway Pages 
I read at several locations online (i.e., the Warrior Forum and two other locations by the same Member) that he
believed my system would cause someone to lose rank at Google (which it doesn’t).

He had not read my first version of this ebook thoroughly (probably just scanned it – which is a big mistake) and
then assumed he knew everything about it.

Judging by what he wrote, it sounded like he thought my system hinged chiefly off SEO (search engine
optimization whereby he mistakenly believed that what I was teaching was to first make a well SEO’d
webpage/lead-capture page, then sell-off some ad spaces it on.

He stated that doing so would “get you punished by Google.”

Since Google like most search engines are providing a service whereby they want mainly to collect and index
and rank “content rich” webpages this would make sense.

However, with AdWords you are paying for your positions and rank, and getting them
secured by your money – not relying on SEO.

If you bid properly, set your daily budget competitively, you can be assured of excellent TOP front page
positions – it’s as simple as that.

But, I have an additional little “twist” that I’ve developed that does in fact allow for an immunity against any
potential “punishment” from Google or any search engine just in case someone is relying even partially on some
measure of indexing in search engines.

I create a simple doorway page (not the same as a landing page or lead-capture page) and set it up as a first-
to-be-seen webpage people encounter immediately upon clicking on a Google ad, and once they go through this
page they come to my main landing page where I sell-off all my ads.

This gives me a chance to put some buffering between what a search engine rep sees
immediately after clicking on my ad, or what a spider picks up and indexes in organic
search results.

When creating these simple little pages you can still make them tagged with good select keywords and phrases
so that they get picked up properly. And you can even do a link exchange since the page is brief and simple.

This is what Wikipedia says about link exchanges:

“…[S]earch engines prefer websites that have many inbound links, thus improving positions in the Search Engine Result Pages
(SERPs). To the search engines, this is an accurate means of determining the importance of websites. This practice by the search
engines to rank websites has helped lead to the popularity of linked-based search engines, like Google.

Here’s a Sample Doorway Page I developed:

This page is well tagged, contains select keywords and phrases, and contains links at the bottom to other
sites also pointed back to it.

This is the first page someone sees immediately upon clicking on a Google ad:

I would then set up a lead-capture page so that after people clicked on my doorway page this would be the
page they see next – and the one that I would actually sell-off some ad spaces on (either text ads or
banner ads):

Even though I would be sharing my page with other advertisers, it still does not take away or rob me of anything.

How do I know this? Simple: I’ve tested BOTH scenarios where I had the exact same lead-capture page, but
one with and one without additional ads – and there was NO difference in the page’s ability to perform as a
good lead-capture device.

So the simple flowchart in this case would be:

This is such a simple system it’s laughable!

Some people erroneously believe that having the “extra step” of the doorway page first causes a slight loss in
the final number of visitors to the lead-capture page.

This would of course be true if each step required more reading – as in the event you had a very long doorway
page.

I tested this suspicion myself years ago and determined that as long as the doorway page contains just a
couple of paragraphs and some compelling webcopy that there’s almost no loss whatsoever.

I say “almost” because with really large numbers I was able to determine very carefully that about 4% of those
people clicking on my Google ad and going straight to my doorway page ultimately failed to complete the last
step by clicking on to my lead-capture page.

Good Point to Keep in Mind: This 4% is rather small compared to the bigger scheme of things,
and one good way to reason this loss as a positive thing is to assume that people who don’t
have the patience to make just one more simple “click” would probably not have been worth
your time anyway (and it’s far less likely they would have downloaded your free ebook or done
whatever you told them to do next anyhow).

Selling Off Your Ad Spots Yourself 
You’ve already seen above how I layout and design landing pages on which to sell-off ad spots to other
advertisers. I like cool, crisp, nice-looking pages that aren’t too crowded and which have an easy-to-read
selling message or exciting offer.

You’ve also learned that although sharing some space with you, your other advertisers will NOT rob you of
anything really in terms of what sales you would make if their ads were not present on your pages.

But perhaps of all the questions of “how to do what” the most common is:

  “How do I sell off ad spots to begin with?” 

There are several ways including:

1. Selling it directly from the same page you intend to allow other advertisers to advertise on
2. Advertise in other media both online and off that you have some advertising space available
3. Have a service sell off the ad spots for you

It should not surprise you that the BEST way to sell your as spots off is from the page itself (and whether you do
it or have a service do it for you).

The logic behind this is this: Many of the same people who visit your page in the first place often turn out to
be advertisers themselves, and may find your page something they envy. They may say to themselves “I like
this webpage and wish I could place an ad on it because I know that would get me some good sales.”

And that’s exactly what happens.

It’s very similar to all those websites you see that not only sell a product but which also have
an “affiliates make money here” link so that not only do their sites sell products but they also
recruit affiliates which in turn both sell their product and get them even MORE affiliates who
do likewise!

In other words, this becomes what’s called a “positive spiral” as first some people do one thing, which in turn
leads to even more people doing the same thing – but now because even more people are doing it, yet even
more people will in turn get others to do it, etc … and without end.

In this case you will always want to sell-off your spaces so that when all are sold off you will not just recover
your costs completely, but you’ll have some extra money with which you can invest into even greater traffic buys
(either at Google or elsewhere).

By doing so you end up attracting even MORE potential advertisers who you can charge even more because
now your pages are getting even more exposure and more traffic – which in turn means you can yet again put a
little extra into even more advertising, which repeats the whole process over, only a little larger than each
time before.

Don’t feel that you are somehow cheating anyone by charging them a share for a spot that when totaled with all
the others actually exceed the cost of the promotion.

Why? … Simple: Look at how magazine advertisers sell-off ad space in their pages.

They offer you and me a 1 inch display ad in their magazine which costs us say $750 an inch for 1 month’s run.

There are 30 inches of space per page available (i.e., 3 columns by 10 inches down per column).

Thirty times $750 is $22,500 worth of advertising space on the whole page.

But, if you buy a full page you may find out that it costs just $9,900 (about the cost of 13 spots at 1 inch each).

So in other words, per spot the magazine charges MORE.

Likewise, when you are selling off individual smaller spots on your landing pages (button banners on your
webpage being akin to 1 inch display ads on a magazine page) you should think in similar terms.

You will thus consider YOUR cost as the same as if buying the entire page – only in this case instead of $9,900
a page in some magazine you think in terms of $9,900 in traffic generated by running a pay-per-click ad
campaign at Google.

So if, for instance, your ads did cost you about $9,900 at Google (and this is ONLY an example used to
illustrate my point) you’d likewise if selling off 30 spots price them similar as $750 each (only I’d recommend
not as high as with magazines – although you could get away with it!)

Plus, I’d also not recommend 30 ads per landing page.

On average, I’d stick to selling off between 6 and 15 spots tops from any one landing or lead-capture page.

And the way I would price my spots would be as follows:

1. Calculate the total cost you will be spending on your Google ads monthly
2. Divide that number by the number of spots you make available
3. Multiply that resulting figure by 3

And that’s the amount I recommend you sell-off spots for.

Note: In past editions of this ebook I’ve recommended 1.2 to 1.5 times the resulting figure, but recent tests
on my online firm’s part have indicated that in today’s Internet multiplying by 3 is most optimal.

Here’s an example:

1. Say you are getting 500 click-through’s a day from your Google ad, so that per month you get say on
average some 15,000 visitors total
2. Let’s say that you average per click a cost of 25¢ so that your total monthly cost is $3,750
3. And you decide to sell-off just 10 spots on your landing page – so dividing first by 10 we get $375
4. Now we further multiply that $375 by 3 to get $1,125
5. This $1,125 is what we will now charge someone to advertise on our page

This amount is great because:

• We only need to actually sell-off just 4 ads out of the 10 spots we make available on our page to fully
recover our monthly costs
• Other advertisers will feel happy because they are basically getting $3,750 worth of advertising
exposure for just $1,125 (which works out to a Net Savings of 70% OFF for the same traffic!)
• How ever much more you make by selling off 5 or more spots is money you can now use to reinvest into
more traffic buys – and which in turn means you can next time around charge advertisers even more
because they will be getting yet even more traffic for what still works out to be a fraction of the
price!

This is truly an awesome system and one which you should very much immediately and readily embrace
if you are any kind of serious online marketer (whether a Webmaster or an Affiliate, it doesn’t matter).

Never forget that this same exact practice has been going on for a long time, and is STILL going on all around
you offline, and now online as well. As such it is perhaps the single most closely-guarded secret on the
entire Internet.

One other very famous Internet marketer I spoke with once about my system said that he was aware of it, but he
pleaded with me never to tell “the masses” as he felt this is something that should only be made available to a
select few individuals at the top.

And judging by the initial reaction in the Warrior Forum when I first released my earlier version of this ebook, I
can see how in a way he was right.

“The Masses” as he put it did not welcome what I was giving them – and many said it would not work. However,
I think you can easily see in this version with the above examples just how well it DOES work and with such
sufficient ease.

Not only that, but my own personal fortune is very much immutable evidence over anyone else’s claim to the
contrary – and not to even begin to mention the other bigger firms like Alexa who use my system all the time!

Let me remind you that to date I’ve now gotten well over $93 million in Google and other search engine ads
(PPCs) but completely FREE (or “offset” as some would insist I put it), and have generated as a result well
over $375 million in sales revenues in just 9 short years, and which has made me a personal fortune of now
over $70 million.

If you decide to sell off ad spots yourself, you will have to:

• Collect payments directly from advertisers


• Handle the management of when someone’s ad runs and uploading it (and removing it if they should
not renew or fail to pay by subscription)

I fully endorse the use of PayPal, 2CheckOut, and PowerPay as several means in which to accept payments
online.

Although some people complain here and there about each of these, in general they are the most credible,
least likely to rip you off, and are the easiest by which to work with.

Generally as a rule if you work with them well and maintain honesty and integrity they will treat you accordingly.

Both PayPal and 2CheckOut make it easy as they have Merchant Tools inside your account where you can
build Payment Buttons, describe what they are for, set the amounts with which to charge people, and
whether they are 1-time purchases or recurring subscription payments – and they handle all payment-
taking once you set these simple things up.

Uploading ads

It is assumed that you know at least a little bit about how to build webpages, and how to upload changes or
new material to them.

A full course on this subject goes beyond the scope of this text. But I recommend if you require assistance or

Promoting Your Ad Sell‐Off’s at Locations Other Than Your Landing Pages 
You are NOT limited by any means from advertising or announcing to other advertisers that you have ad spots
to sell to just your landing pages alone.

The fact is: You can announce this fact anywhere that advertising is allowed.

You can advertise in:

• Ezines
• Newsletters
• Opportunity Magazines
• Newspapers nationwide
• FREE Online Ad Forums
• FREE Online Classified Ads sites

You just need to make sure you present some basic facts to your potential advertisers:

• What audience is your ad space targeted to?


• How many people visit there daily, weekly, monthly? I.e., how much traffic? (averages)
• How much will an insertion cost? Daily, weekly, monthly…etc.
• What type of ads do you allow? Text only? Banner only? Both?
• The URL of the webpage they may wish to advertise on.
• Show them the ad that’s generating the traffic (at Google or elsewhere)
• Your Terms of Service (if you have them)

A good SAMPLE ad in text format you can borrow from me is as follows:

This ad really sizzles as people (i.e., potential advertisers) are struck hard with the proposition that they may in
fact be able to get up to 75% OFF what it would cost them otherwise to get the same Google traffic by going
directly to Google (or whatever search engine you name).

It’s estimated conservatively that 98% of all people just can’t help the urge to take advantage of a great deal –
and “75% OFF” sounds extremely enticing, don’t you think?

NOTE: One thing that I’ve noticed almost always happens and that’s after a short while you tend to keep regular advertisers who seem to
love renewing their ads with you indefinitely (this eliminates the need to constantly find newer and newer advertisers).

Adding “The Magic Code” to Take Care of Everything for You!
Remember what Rachel told you at our site? She said that “now 
you can simply add just 1 simple thing that takes just seconds 
to install, and start getting all your Google ads FREE!”

Well, it’s TRUE!

Fortunately for both you & me there are tons and tons of FREE
SERVICES online that will help us to:

1. Sell-off all our ad spots so that we don’t have to!


2. Collect all payments so that we don’t have to!
3. Manage all our advertisers’ ads and upload them so
that we don’t have to!
4. Maintain complete management knowing who’s paid,
whose ad goes where & for how long, and again so that
we don’t have to!
5. And make sure that WE get paid our share on time!

I sure wish these same firms had been around when I first started
all this and it would have made my climb to $375 million in sales
a lot easier and certainly a lot faster!

But now YOU at least have it made in the shade, so to speak, because all you have to do is:

• Build a simple webpage


• Add a simple string of “code” that allows these firms to place the ads for you on that webpage
• Start getting traffic to that webpage!

Adding the string of code is basically the same as you would do if you had an AdSense account. However, the
chief advantage here over AdSense is that YOU set how much you want to charge people to run ads on your
webpages.

If say you had an AdSense account and you got at most 10¢ every time someone clicked on one of your
AdSense ads and your AdWords pay-per-clicks ads cost you $100 a day, $3,000 a month, then you’d have to
get 30,000 clicks a month, or about 1,000 clicks a day to offset this costs.

And this of course is not even mathematically possible when you consider that in order to have 1,000 clicks a
day, you’d have to have at least this many visitors a day to that page from your AdWords ads alone and where
all of these visitors agreed to click on at least 1 AdSense ad!

That’s ridiculous! So instead of even remotely entertaining such a doomed idea from the start, why not sell-off
ad spots at the prices YOU select?

For instance, using the above stats as an example, to just break even you’d only have to sell-off just:

• 50 ad spots .....… at $60 a month each = $3,000


• 30 ad spots ...… at $100 a month each = $3,000
• 20 ad spots ...… at $150 a month each = $3,000
• 10 ad spots ...… at $300 a month each = $3,000
• 6 ad spots ...… at $500 a month each = $3,000
• 4 ad spots ...… at $750 a month each = $3,000
• 3 ad spots … at $1,000 a month each = $3,000
• 2 ad spots … at $1,500 a month each = $3,000
• 1 ad spot ….. at $3,000 a month each = $3,000

My own recommendation would be if I knew I had to pay a monthly AdWords bill of $3,000 for PPCs to a
specific webpage would be to sell-off 10 ad spots at $597 each so that I had the potential to sell nearly $6,000 in
ads – and which nearly DOUBLES my advertising costs.

This way even if only 50% successful I still breakeven and my ad or promotion rides for free, thereby giving
me Google ads for free!

Again, be sure in such a case to point out to your potential advertisers that they are in effect getting $3,000
worth of highly-targeted Google ads’ traffic, but for just $597 (which is over 80% OFF!)

When put this way, potential advertisers recognize advertising with you as a
real bargain because they are in fact getting identical exposure and NOT
fractional exposure which would mean dividing the traffic somehow

If a potential advertiser ever has a beef with you about what you are charging, point out that he or she gets
literally the SAME level of exposure as everyone else, including YOU!

In other words, if you were taking say 1/10th the leads somehow, and offering everyone else an equal share,
then you could NOT justify charging him above about 1/10th your costs.

But that’s NOT what’s happening here.

Instead, her or his ad is appearing before the FULL audience as your promotion and all the other
advertisers on your landing page – but at only a small fraction of the price it would have cost him or her
if they ran the Google ads themselves!

Helpful Hint: To appeal further to advertisers, include a “Bookmarking Link” or “Add to Favorites” option for your
landing page and point out the fact that at least 23% of all people visiting a webpage they like bookmark it –
which means more than one chance to see any single advertiser’s ad!

Another Helpful Hint: Include a tell-a-friend option so that your traffic can become viral!

FREE Services to Sell‐Off and Manage Your Ad Spots Sales for You! 
The FREE Services to follow do more than just one thing – they also:

1. provide you with a simple code that you add to the HTML of your landing pages so that they can have
your advertisers’ ads appear on your page
2. collect payments for you from your advertisers
3. manage uploading all your advertisers’ ads
4. pay you your cut of the moneys they collected
5. and best of all, they even help you sell-off the spaces (and at prices YOU select!)

Let’s look at each benefit more closely:

(1)  Providing you a simple code… 

Much like with Google AdSense you get a simple string of code that you add to your webpage so that this
section can “interact” with the FREE Service.

This code is like a gateway between your webpage and the FREE Service similar to a CMS (i.e., Content
Management System).

Once added where you want it, you no longer have to do much of anything.

(2)  Collecting payments… 

If you choose to sell-off spaces yourself, and handle both the collection and management of your advertisers’
ads, you will either have to secure a merchant account or do business with someone like PayPal, 2CheckOut or
PowerPay.

That’s still an option for you if you choose.

However, you may want as much as possible automated so that your time will be freed up to focus on more
important matters.

These FREE Services allow you complete freedom, and they even have things set up so that they can collect all
payments on your behalf. This makes everything a cinch in my opinion (and perhaps you share my opinion too!)

In this way you have NO troubles dealing with banks, dealing with customers or most the hassles associated
with payment collection.

(3)  Uploading ads management… 

Once you’ve embedded the code they give you, THEY upload whatever ads other advertisers purchase. You
NEVER have to handle this yourself. Just add the code, and let them do all the work!

(4)  Pay you your share…

As these FREE SERVICES collect and manage your ad sell-off’s for you, they will also send you your share of
the moneys generated.

They naturally will get a small share for managing everything for you – but that’s peanuts to pay for what all they
give you.

If you did everything they do for you but all yourself, you’d be very, very business wrestling with technical
matters. So it makes great sense just to hand it over to a professional service that merely takes a small cut of
the moneys you generate.

Plus, they always pay on time (which is absolutely something you’ll come to love more and more!)

(5)  They will help you sell­off your ad spots FREE! …

Since these firms do get a small cut of the moneys you generate, they have set up ways to actually sell-off your
ads for you!

They have an indexing method, and a sort of “hub” domain that brings traffic universally their way – and from
this same focused traffic they have set up webpages that categorize all their participants’ (of which you’d be a
part) advertising opportunities.

And then decide if they want to buy anywhere from 1 - 2,900+ days of ads from you!

These FREE Services make it so easy and with ready and instant 1-, 2-, 3-ease that potential advertisers find it
so simple to buy your ad spots that it produces a greater-than-usual conversion over just “tire-kickers.”

You’ll therefore want to make as much use out of these services as you can!

Here is an example of an Adster Sell-Off Page that automatically sells off your ads for you:

Notice how this page tells all viewers that the webpage (which could be YOUR Landing Page!) is getting at least
285 Average Page Views daily and costs just $2 a day on which to advertise.

If this Webmaster (who own the Landing Page) is running a Google AdWords ad and that’s where the majority
of these 285 page views are coming from (i.e., in the form of “click-thru’s”) assuming they are paying 10¢ per
click and 200 are actual click-thru’s, then they’d be spending $20 a day on their ads at Google.

Had the Webmaster instead opted for a Google AdSense ads strip to offset his AdWords ad costs, he’d
perhaps get just a horrible 3¢ a click at most (based on the fact that he himself was paying 10¢ a click on
AdWords ads!) and at most he could expect at best some 10% (which comes to just 28 to 29 click-thru’s) of
that daily traffic to actually click on his AdSense ads.

This would result in:

Since 10 advertisers on your webpage will basically be splitting your Google ads’ costs for you, you can work
some pretty clever banner copy that will really get attention!

For instance, say you allow 10 advertisers on your webpage, and you are basically charging them about 25% of
your total costs (meaning that if you sell-off all 10 you’d actually be coming out 250% ahead – in other words, if
you spent $1,000 on AdWords ads you’d be getting back $2,500, making you a $1,500 PROFIT on top of
getting your Google ads for FREE! – Ha!)

Because they are still in essence getting 100% of your traffic but for just 25% of what it costs to get this same
highly- and precisely-targeted Google traffic, you can literally say in your banner “Get 75% OFF Google Ads!”

Some Quick Trade Secrets: 
QUESTION: Why do I refer to the number of spots minimum as 10?

ANSWER: Because you will most likely want to sell AT LEAST this amount; and therefore base all ad prices on
this as a minimum as a form of insurance in that you know that you can sell at least this many spots. Plus it’s
easier to handle in calculating how much you need to sell-off your ad spots for.

QUESTION: Why a lower- and upper-sell-off limit?

ANSWER: You’ll want to start by offering your ad spaces for your UPPER limit; and in the event they are
tough to sell off, or if you sell of 5 and have 5 left they are slower to sell off, you can use the lower limit as a
minimum amount to work towards just in case. Example: Double the amount you really need, try to sell your
ad spots at this amount, then reduce if necessary (thereby assuring success!)

QUESTION: Why set or round up to even amounts ending in the number 7?

ANSWER: Well first off, no one likes loose change; so never sell at any price that adds frustration to someone
trying to balance their checkbook (they may see this ahead of time and just decide it’s easier not to buy).
Secondly (and this may shock and even surprise you!) but a lot of psychological study went into price theory
and price perception, and the number 7 is thought of as “less threatening as any other number.” Make all
your prices end in 7s.

An actual calculation:

If you sell off all 10 spots at your upper limit of $237, you make a gross monthly revenue of $2,370; and if at
your lower limit of $197 you make $1,970; and if at your average of both lower- and upper-limits (i.e., $217),
you’d make $2,170 for the month.

SUBTRACTING your PPC costs from this (i.e., $1,550 a month) and you get a surplus of:

• $820 (upper limit)


• $620 (average)
• $420 (lower limit)

Regardless of which of the above is closest to your experience, you can plainly see that YOUR PPC costs are
completely covered; meaning YOU at least got to advertise for FREE!

Building Relevant Keyword Lists 
There is NO point in doing any of this unless you can create a PPC campaign that can muster traffic.

In order to do this you will need to use ONLY keywords and keyword phrases that are genuinely and truly
very relevant.

One mistake I see constantly other PPC advertisers doing is clinging to non-performing keywords.

You MUST let these go as they can ruin your best efforts.

Why? -- Because they affect your statistics.

They quite literally pull down your CTR (Clickthrough Rate) so that your ads in general will perform worse.

My advice: Start out using as many keywords as you think are relevant, and then keep a watchful
eye on them inside your PPC account (Google or otherwise) to see which ones go to the TOP, and
which ones don’t; and more importantly: which ones get absolutely NO clicks even with some
impressions (i.e., how often your ad appeared for any select keyword).

As soon as several days have gone by while your PPC ads were active, check your account and immediately
start editing out (by DELETING) the keywords and phrases that are getting impressions and yet NO clicks.

Allow a few more days to pass, and then repeat from those remaining.

Don’t have an ego here; it’s better to have a few great super-performing keywords than a massive amount that
do nothing but inflate your ego as you think to yourself “Wow! Look at me … I have so many keywords I must be
fabulous!”

To generate as many potential relevant keywords and keyword phrases as possible, you need to make use of 2
FREE and yet very amazing tools.

They are offered FREE by both Overture and Google; and of course they are great tools because both these
prime top-pulling search engines want your business, so they have created the BEST algorithms to allow YOU
(their potential advertiser) to generate only the most optimal list of keywords that will make your PPC campaign
a surefire success.

It stands to reason that these tools are excellent, because if your PPC campaign doesn’t perform well, then you
will undoubtedly discontinue advertising in this way.

Perhaps the greatest advantage in all of this (as well as Internet marketing in general) is the fact that UNLIKE
any other business venue in the world the Web lets you “KNOW” relatively QUICK whether you have a winner or
a loser on your hands.

In lending consulting I’ve noticed that sometimes clients grow impatient with results. I then point out quite calmly
“Look, you can always start a traditional offline business such as a retail store and wait 2-5 years like
everybody else and see whether you have a winner or loser on your hands then” … to which they usually
get the point and realize that a few days or weeks to test out stuff online isn’t a really big demand (or risk!) at all.

Keep this in mind if you ever think “Gosh! I actually have to wait a few days or weeks to see which
keywords and phrases pull what, and at how much in my particular niche!” and then think to yourself that
it could always be worse (you could own a retail store and not know for many years if you are eventually going
to do well or poorly!)

Fortunately, there are quite of few FREE tools out there that will help you, and a few paid-for softwares (that are
dirt cheap!) that can help you as well.

For list generation use WORDTRACKER, and for Google AdWords education on manipulated the system in
your favor by improving your Google results use Perry Marshall’s Definite Guide to Google AdWords.

Here is a screenshot of Overture’s FREE Keyword Selector tool:

Just ENTER (by typing) any most relevant keyword or phrase that comes to mind that you believe is relevant to
what you are offering.

Then Overture’s Keyword Selector Tool will tell you the MOST RECENT results and for as many other
relevant keywords and phrases as it can generate.

Use these as your starting list.

HOT TIP: You can of course cross-reference these keywords and phrases you generate against the ones
generated by WORDTRACKER and make a fine comparison to see if there are any differences in the
compilations. This can definitely be very revealing and will help you gain a quick knack for developing an
“intuitive” understanding of your niche and its most relevant keywords and in any marketplace you endeavor to
exploit!

Also, Google Select AdWords contains a relatively new feature where while creating your account or another
campaign inside an existing account you can generate more keywords and phrases as needed.

Once inside your own AdWords account, or when creating an account by going here first, you will come to the
page that allows you to load the keywords and phrases you want for your ad campaigns.

There is an option to the RIGHT that reads:

You simply type in a keyword that you know for sure is very related to what you are selling, and then click the
button – which in turn will then produce a much more exhaustive list of keywords and phrases you
may choose from for your ad campaign.

Just select the ones you want, and by each one simply click and it will automatically add your additional
selections to your list!

Since Google is where you are advertising, it makes great sense to use their algorithm-based tools to your
advantage.

You can use this tool to generate endless keywords and phrase for an unlimited number of ad campaigns.

Once you have your list for any given campaign, simply go over it and delete the obvious objections (i.e.,
keywords or phrases that you know by pure reason alone that would not be good to use).

Additionally, you may want to apply “Advanced option matching” and you can learn a lot more about this by
watching the video at Google’s Learning Center:

Once you have finely-tuned and applied advanced matching options to your select keywords list you will be
ready to initiate your PPC ad campaign.

And on these you will eventually sell-off advertising space (either in the form of banner ads or text ads, or
BOTH).

But you will need FIRSTLY to finely-tune your campaign so as to:

1. Reduce bids & daily budget as much as possible

2. While STILL maintaining FRONT PAGE placement for each & every keyword

And then secondly, once this has been achieved you will then figure out how much 1 month’s worth of this daily
PPC advertising converts to.

Remember: Determine the AVERAGE daily amount spent on your campaign, then
multiply by 31 days to get the LARGEST possible number (not 30.5; the average of 30-
day and 31-day months).

Once you’ve determined how much you are spending per month MAXIMUM, you can then divide by 10 so as to
figure out what a spot REALLY costs to breakeven on your advertising.

Then you multiply this amount by 2 to 3 to get your lower- and upper-limits for what you can sell your ad
spaces for.

After this, design a simple text link or banner that reads any one or more of the following:

place it somewhere easily seen and viewable on the very SAME gateway page you are promoting.

The real beauty here is that since the only visitors coming to your page are actually PPC visitors,
THEY (of all people) can more readily appreciate your offer of being able to advertise whatever
THEY are selling before YOUR audience (as they recognize the ever growing costs of search engine
PPCs just like you – only you have my Secret in its fullness!)

I’ve done this a lot, and it’s truly an amazing system I’ve developed.

Here’s why (and something you may not have noticed right away):

You see, I’m actually encouraging you to get as many keywords as possible, bid them in such a way as to allow
ALL your ads TOP Front Page visibility, and for every single keyword you use.

Now, don’t you think if you do this, your ads and gateway pages will be the most coveted ones around?

Of course they will! – And this is why it will be so easy to sell your ad space on them:

a. They will be TOP placement, and other advertisers will want to have THEIR sales message(s) on them!

b. They will also be getting so much DAILY traffic being so high-profiled that a massive amount of people

because I’ve worked out MY FORMULA [above] for determining exactly what to charge, I never have
any worries as I *KNOW* I’ll sell those spaces and not only eliminate my costs, but also make a very
HUGE profit as a result!)”

And whatever you do, DON’T become one of these types of pessimists.

They ALWAYS think that their failures are the result of other people faults.

They never seen the pattern of their own self-destructive behavior as they incorrectly assume that the reason
things didn’t work out for them must have been due to someone else.

I’ve been doing this system (i.e., my Secret) for years upon years.

But occasionally I get an email from some idiot who has the audacity to tell me that my own system, which I
KNOW works, is not possible or that it doesn’t work nearly as well as I say it does.

How the heck would he know since he hasn’t even applied it? (Much less
finely-tuned it to his particular promotions!?)

So please don’t adopt this opinion (as the foolish among us), and write
me an email like this, as I file all these under a convenient folder I call
the “Idiot People File.”

energy into this as you would something else you loved, I’m very sure

How to Start With Less Than $100 Bucks & Build Up to Getting Over 
$93,000,000 in Google Ads FREE! … Just Like I Did …  
I went online and saw a thread where someone criticized this
ebook saying that “…although the principle is very sound it
demands that you bid very high, have a virtually unlimited budget,
and is therefore too risky for 99% of the general public.” (What a
bunch of bull!)

The person posting that in some thread did two things very,
very wrong:

• First, he obviously didn’t read the ebook (nor the follow-


up “Power Lessons”)
• Second, in thinking himself so wise and informative he
grossly misled all who read his post!

When I practiced medicine years and years ago, I naturally associated with other doctors from other specialties
as well as my own.

In my own service as a medical practitioner I made great strides to do as much as I could, and whenever I
could, and to the best of my ability – and namely because other people’s health and even their very lives
depended on my doing so!

In my career, however, I noticed a significant number of other doctors who didn’t share my standard of
excellence; and this not only disgusted me, it frightened me on behalf of their patients!

I mean, think about how unfortunate someone might have been by going to someone they trusted, and as result
(and possibly unbeknownst to them) they received “bad medicine.”

Would you want to be the unlucky person this happened to?

So likewise this is true of almost anything and everything under the Sun, right?

• Would you equally be fearful of going to buy a car and getting misleading information about your

they didn’t really bother to check their facts before publishing their “opinion” to the entire Worldwide-Web.

To me this is reckless behavior; and each of us as citizens of the World owe it to ourselves and one another to
be more careful (especially when what we say or do has a direct effect on others!)

My reason for pointing this out firstly is so that you’ll know better the next time you may happen to read
someone else’s not-so-favorable “opinion” about my or anyone else’s work.

That said, allow me to establish once and for good:

“You do NOT need to spend tons of money to apply my secret system, nor
will you ever need a massive budget to do so, and you will never have to bid
ridiculously high regarding your keywords and phrases – and therefore you
will never have to put yourself or your wallet at risk using my system!”

So if anyone tells you otherwise, you know to tell them just how wrong they are, and bad for telling others
something so very misleading. (You can even say you read it on Page 72.)

My system does, however, have some very great bonus features built in to it – namely that if you want you may:

That’s right! – If you want, you can just select any market where you know there’s a lot of attention, then create
a select keyword and phrase list, then write perhaps an article about that genre, and then sell space on just that
webpage (that doesn’t serve as any sort of gateway page at all!)

I discovered this quite by accident when I starting making 5 times my money back by selling off ad spots.

It suddenly hit me one day that I could remove altogether my main offer (usually in the middle part or at LEFT on
the gateway page) and I’d still be able to sell spots!

Then I decided to test this by creating a generic gateway page with an article I wrote on “making money online.”

I borrowed some article content after having purchased some private label reprint rights, and used this as the
main piece.

I then situated several banners around it that I got after joining several free affiliate programs.

I figured if any of them sold anything I’d at least make some money, right?

Then I placed a text link that read:

And over several days people started sending me emails and wanted the spot.

I sold 18 spots for $247 each, meaning I made $4,446.

Since I was spending just $68 a day (or $2,108 monthly) for 38 top performing keywords and phrases, I was
realizing a monthly gross profit of over $2,300.

And the funniest part of all this was that I didn’t have any product
of my own yet I was making money from a single genre!

And as you might have already guessed, I decided to try this same thing but with different categories (genres).

So I developed what I called “categorical batches” of keywords and phrases.

I would simply pick something like “cellphones” and then write a brief single page article about some top
features of the latest cellphones.

I’d then join several free affiliate programs that were electronic-, accessories- and entertainment-related; and
then start off placing their banners at my page; then start the whole process of selling off banner and button-
banner spots.

I played with different sizes, prices, and offers; and saw instantly I had lots of room in which to play around.

In just days I had sold more than enough in advertising so that all my PPC costs were completely covered and I
was making another $3,000 a month on top of the other generic page! Then I decided to start another entire

Currently this one business alone has NO product(s) of its own, is situated around 59 
separate batches; and each page generates for me an average profit of about $2,800 a 
month (or over $165,000 a month profit in MY pocket – about $2 million a year!)

with which to do this.

Somewhere on your gateway page (in addition to the spots you sell-off to other advertisers to offset all your
PPC costs) you’ll need to place a form offering a “FREE Newsletter.”

If you can’t write one go here to get content.

Since you will undoubtedly be getting really LARGE volumes of traffic, many people will sign-up for your FREE
newsletter.

The resulting database will have manifold applications for you, and as such will quickly become one of your
greatest and most precious assets!

How important is having your own autoresponder?


When I first started my very first website, I began making some good money. But my website did not contain a
newsletter sign-up option (which is where your autoresponder comes in). After several weeks I had my designers add one,
and I wrote 12 issues that were scheduled to go out on:

Day 0 (that’s the same day someone signs up) through Day 11

And do you know what happened? … >> My sales EXPLODED 682% increase!

In case you don’t know what this means exactly, it means that if before my website would have made me $100,000 a year,
now with a 12-part issue autoresponder series I would be making $682,000 a year! Or, if without the autoresponder my site
would have made me $1 million a year, now it would be making me $6.82 million per year!

Which would you rather have: $1 million or $6.82 million?

But the funny thing is, here’s how it actually broke down:

I haven’t provided any settings (i.e., defaults or individual keywords or phrases bids) for the immediately above
list as I have never used this one. This one is just one that is being used for a number of the more powerful
money making opportunities offers currently available online.

Therefore, my recommendation is to start at perhaps a 40¢ default (enter it inside your Google AdWords
account as 0.40), and then depending on the individual performance of each one above adjust accordingly.

Helpful tip: While some “experts” say start low and work your way up in bids, I disagree. This
will limit your exposure at first and you won’t get as many clicks. Google’s algorithms are based
on “clickthroughs,” meaning ‘how many times your ad gets clicked’ will help and actually
enhance your placement.

So rather than starting low, start higher if you can afford it (even setting your overall default at
$1) so that you get TOP PAGE PLACEMENT, and obviously this means way more clicks;
and thus Google’s algorithms beginning to work in your favor as you develop a fantastic
clickthrough history.

Then once you’ve secured TOP placement, start bidding less (i.e., 5¢ less per keyword or
phrase) and see if it holds. If it does, repeat lowering by 5¢ and again check to see if it holds its
position. If it does, then continue in this way until you are paying way less, but still maintaining a
TOP CHOICE position (i.e., first 1-3 pages).

Allow sufficient time (usually 10 days or more) to gain “algorithmic momentum” within Google’s system, and
then start shaving back gradually about 5¢ at a time each bid amount. Then HOLD for at least 48 hours to see
if this has a noticeable effect on your ranks (i.e., in terms of page and position on that page); and if it does
instantly return to your former bid setting for that keyword(s) or phrase(s).

If no noticeable change in the form of lowing either or both your ad’s position on any given page or the page
number occurs, remain for about 4-5 days allowing Google’s algorithms to adjust and compile even more
favorable statistical histories on your ad’s performance; then REPEAT shaving 5¢ per keyword and phrase
per bid, and watch carefully for any negative changes.

After a few of these “shavings and holds” you can eventually get your bids down, down, down to a small
percentage of what you started with; and most often beaten your competitors who have lesser rank, yet who are
paying MORE because they didn’t know how to start high, shave bids, then hold, then repeat!

An Interesting Side‐Twist on My Secret! 
Another thing you can do is sell off space in your newsletter.

This is a fantastic source of cash pouring directly into your pocket as everybody online wants to make money;
and it seems other web business owners can’t resist taking advantage of opportunities to run their ads in
other people’s lists!

This is almost a “phenomenal behavior” as because they are in effect your competition and they seek to take
some of your list subscribers and make them theirs, they are still nevertheless willing to pay you to do this
(and often large sums of money to do so!)

You of course would charge more depending on the size of your list; and you may want to test various prices to
see what you can get and how much people are willing to pay.

But this isn’t your only consideration: Your list must also pull for them at least enough to allow them to
recover their investment. (If not, they could reverse or dispute charges resulting in you losing your ability to
take payments online!)

Every month prepare to update all 7-issues with a header you call the “Sponsored Advertiser’s Section.”

This is sure to get you quite a few advertisers!

The combination of selling off BOTH banner and text-link space on your lead-capture page as well as within
your autoresponder series is sure to more than offset all your advertising costs, and then some!

BOTH these methods allow you to more than offset and even nullify your Google and other search engine
advertising costs completely.

Remember: It all comes back to whether or not this eliminated your Google ads’ costs; so naturally that’s your
targeted goal throughout. It’s very easy to do this once you think in these terms universally.

I have made it my habit to just do all these things each and every time I do anything online.

Occasionally I get a few emails from someone who says:

“…this isn’t for me … your system requires I actually do something to get my Google ads free … and that’s
just not something I want to do … instead, I was hoping your system just involved a free handout of millions
and millions of dollars in pay-per-clicks just handed to me by Google … I think that would have been better
for me as I would rather some big company like Google just give me millions of dollars in advertising for free
… do you know anybody at Google that may be able to hook me up? … I’d appreciate it … but as for your
system, I really don’t want to work to make any money – I just want it all handed to me … that’s okay, right?
…”

Naturally these types of emails annoy me greatly.

Some even say they felt disappointed because they thought Google was going to give them a free handout of
several millions of dollars in pay-per-clicks; but really they should be disappointed in themselves for being so
horribly lazy!

My system demonstrated throughout this entire ebook is just another method of doing things; and
should become YOUR habit as it has mine.

There was a time when you had to learn to brush your teeth, as no one was going to do it for you. It had to
become your habit – not just something you could easily disregard (and for what should be obvious reasons).

Imagine how shocked people would be if you had insisted someone brush your teeth for you instead of you
learning how to do it yourself!

Likewise, if someone expects free handouts from Google to just make them rich, then they are no better than
someone who’d expect others to brush their teeth for them all their life.

Instead, embrace learning and mastering my system as it will reward you indefinitely and with great measure
(just as it has me for about 1 decade online! – and to the tune of over $375 million in sales!)

Once you get into the habit of applying each technique herein on a regular basis, you’ll quickly see that my
system truly works and is the rule of thumb to be followed from there on.

may be of value to some other advertiser!

So, rather than allow all these ever-growing precious leads go to waste, sell them off in lots to other
advertisers as an amazing resource!

Never overlook or allow to pass by any opportunity to offset your initial paid-for search engine advertising.

Again, think in terms like this:

1) You MUST get highly-targeted FRESH daily leads though select pay-per-click advertising
2) You MUST then neutralize and eliminate this costs through other cashflows

You must always consider your Google ads your initial leads-generation drive, and think of the other cash
streams as the ways to pay for them!

You should very much consider doing this as it’s easy to sell your leads off to other advertisers (especially
when you are able to give them a real deal in the form of inexpensive leads!)

Or you can sell your leads as “non-exclusive;” but these should be sold much cheaper.

Generally I sell “exclusive” leads for up to $10 each, and non-exclusive leads for seldom above $1 each.

Again, as simple as this appears, I’ve used these 3 things in symbiotic synergistic combination to get now
well over $93 million in FREE advertising for more than 9 years, and as of late $12 million a year alone in
PPC advertising at just Google!

So even though you may think this is too simple to work, just remember that most often the things that are
most complicated most often are the things that break down. Simple things that work together so easily and

Would you like a virus? Of course not; nor does anyone else.

And that’s the first thing people think of when they hear the term viral marketing.

But, viral used in this sense has absolutely nothing to do with getting any computer viruses.

Viral in this sense just describes the type of marketing in that one person tells or refers another person (or
more), who in turn do likewise, and so on indefinitely.

The best and also most common example of viral marketing is word-of-mouth.

You go see a really great movie, and then tell 5 friends, 3 of which go see it because you were so excited
about it.

Then later on, those 3 out of 5 people you told and who saw the movie end up telling about 5 more people each,
3 of whom each (a total now of 9 people!) do likewise, and so on.

Basically, all because of you and your excitement, eventually dozens, possibly 100’s of people see the movie
because of the excitement YOU started.

This is viral marketing.

But, unfortunately people still somehow associate the word viral with virus; even though they are clearly NOT
the same thing.

So a new and more accurate term was demanded, and was created by another well-known online entrepreneur:
“Auto-Effective Marketing.”

Sounds impressive, doesn’t it?

But really, it’s just another way of saying viral (but without the ‘virus’ implication).

Fortunately, there are now some really excellent ways of using auto-effective marketing systems so that you pay
nothing for advertising!

Like any other type of formula, they contain multiple ingredients; and likewise if you subtract any 1 or more parts
of the whole, you begin to rob the system of its ability to perform optimally (if at all).

Another way of saying this is that these “formulas” are synergistic; meaning the sum of the whole exceeds the
sum of the parts (i.e., 1 + 1 + 1 = 3; but somehow when combined they interact synergistically to equal perhaps
5, 6 or even 8 or 9…)

An example of this from chemistry would be taking saltpeter (potassium nitrate), charcoal and sulfur, which by
themselves add up to just three ingredients; but when combined chemically (in 15:3:2 ratios respectively) equal
gunpowder which can explode.

This is an example of “chemical synergy.”

Likewise, auto-effective free advertising formulas contain several-fold ‘parts’ or ‘ingredients’ that when combined
make them work explosively (at least in terms of advertising and marketability).

Here’s just 1 formula I recommend:

1. Build a lead-capture page for yourself (in your own domain & hosting)
2. Place a funny video at the UPPER LEFT
3. Add a TAF option (i.e., tell-a-friend; and from between 3 and 10 email spots possible)
4. Have a message (either in video or written, or BOTH!) that reads in effect that you will giveaway a cash
prize or an Amazon gift certificate to several lucky winners who are automatically entered because they
used your TAF option by forwarding your lead-capture page on to others!
5. Actually giveaway every few months up to $250 to $500 in cash and prizes.

This becomes one of the MOST POWERFUL marketing weapons you can ever add to your arsenal of
selling instruments and tools!

I’ve used this, and done modified versions of this to make for myself millions!

And none of it was difficult in the least – you just have to decide to do it!

The beauty here is that all the technology necessary to build this easily and simply is all over the Internet just for
you to take; much of it is at “open source” sites like the Open Source Project!

I suggest you look around the Web and bookmark sites that have the components you require for this and other
selling devices you can construct.

Remember: People naturally love funny stuff, and when they see something they like, they can help but pass it
on to everyone they know (and especially if YOU give them an easy incentive!)

Here’s an example of the format I’m describing (except this one has the funny video in the middle)…

Netlaughter.com was so powerful with its auto-effective marketing momentum that it cracked the TOP 100 at
Alexa (meaning out of 80 million web-businesses online, it was in the top 100!)

This proved so successful it shocked many marketers in its simplicity.

simple concepts but to TOP traffic levels!

Note that you have the option to fill out up to 10 email addresses belonging to other people. THIS is where the
real power lies in auto-effective advertising as if you were to send this to 10 people, who did likewise and so
on that would be 100 people; and if they did likewise, this would total 1,000 people, then 10,000 … then
100,000 … then 1 million people!

An offer immediately pops-up (while you wait for your tell-a-friend to be sent) that’s basically an advertisement:

And of course, when you think about how many people (possibly millions!) are seeing these offers while they
wait, even if less than 1% respond the promoter makes a lot of money!
