MTAB ARISTO- 6 axes articulated robotic arm

ARISTO

ARISTO is a 6 axis articulated robotic arm of industrial design, for training and research and is manufactured to industrial standards. The robot is capable of lifting up to 2.5kg of payload. The robot can be used with pneumatic / electrical grippers. ARISTO has won the Defence Technology Spin Off award from India Ministry of Defence. ARISTO has 3 servo axis each with 3 digital inputs and one output and additional 16 digital Inputs/Outputs. ARISTO has ARISTO Simulation software that allows the user to learn robot functions, applications and programming, both online and offline. ARISTO can be integrated into an FMS/ CIM set up and controllable with FMS/ CIM Software, including remote viewing of operations.

ASRS

MTAB Automatic Storage and Retrieval System

MTAB Automatic Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) consists of 18 cells (6 rows x 3 columns). It is floor mounted. It consists of a pneumatic arm that pushes and pulls the pallet from its cell. The platform is traversed in X and Y axes by belts and AC servo motors. It is controlled by a micro-controller. The ASRS is provided with a teach box, (homing, jogging, teaching cell positions, auto and manual execution of storage and retrieval system). The frame is anodized aluminium profile. The X, Y, Z axes are fitted with LM guides for smooth travel. The ASRS has a transfer station to receive pallet from ASRS platform (or conveyor or Automatic guided vehicle). The transfer height is adjustable to the device being used. ASRS emulates industrial storage and retrievable application. MTAB CIMSIM- FMS and CIM Simulation Software


CIM Simulation Software is designed to configure & control the MTAB FMS/ CIM system. The software shows the user the devices, animates execution to give users a better understanding of the operating manner in the virtual screen. The software works offline and online and can be used for MTAB device execution (on-line). The software allows the users to plan shop floor, generate sequence, plan processes, etc. The Master software can be used to set up device driver, modes, themes, IO Card, User Settings. The configurator allows for Shop Floor Layout, Process Planner, Sequence Planner, Dispatcher, Log Viewer. The software allows for remote viewing of the FMS/ CIM system status. CNCTRAIN

CNC Train is a user friendly CNC Simulation software. It covers all aspects of CNC set up & MDI programming and offers 2D and 3D simulation for 2 and 3 axes machining code. The software has dual view graphics, tool path graphics, and 3D graphics. Further it is empowered with a strong kernel that supports multiple controls and output modes to CNC. Using the virtual control screens, the students can practice authentic programming and be ready to work on the machine.

Rob de braos articulados com 6 eixos (Aristo) O Aristo um rob didtico que possibilita o aprendizado relativo movimentao simultnea de seus seis eixos utilizando uma linguagem de programao parecida com o C++. Esse aprendizado permite desenvolver programas operativos utilizados na indstria, como por exemplo, colocao de cola, eliminao de rebarbas e/ou desenhar figuras em perfis complicados geometricamente.

O Aristo possui seis eixos de movimentao e uma garra que acionada pneumaticamente.

O Aristo vai acompanhado com o seu prprio controlador, com fonte de alimentao prpria, e pode ser utilizado atravs de um PC, e ao ser conectado permitir comandar os seis motores que providenciam a movimentao simultnea de seus eixos.

5. Sistema de armazenamento automatizado de Material (ASRS) Este sistema de tratamento automatizado de material com armazenagem e recuperao (ASRS) consiste em 18 clulas (6 linhas x 3 colunas) e forma um quadro com base no piso. Ele constitudo por um brao pneumtico que empurra e puxa os palets a partir da sua clula de localizao. O quadro varrido nos eixos X e Y por cintos e servo motores AC com o ajudo de um micro controlador. O ASRS fornecido com uma caixa de comandos, (homing, jogging, auto-aprendizado para posicionamento automatico e execuo manual de armazenamento/recuperao). O quadro de perfil de alumnio anodizado. Os eixos X, Y, Z esto equipados com guias lineares para deslocamento suave. O ASRS tem uma estao de transferncia para receber palete que vem da plataforma (ou de transportador ou de veculo guiado automticamente). A altura de transferncia ajustvel para o dispositivo ser utilizado. O ASRS tem a funo de emular o armazenamento e recupero de peas normalmente utilizadas em aplicao industriais.

6. Sistema de transporte linear de peas O transportador linear usado para a transferncia de peas do ASRS para o torno e a freza em movimentos de ida e volta. Os braos de carga / descarga do torno e do centro de usinagem pegam a pea do palete do transportador linear, a usinam e depois a descarregam de volta no palete. Uma vez que todas as operaes de usinagem so feitas, o transportador de transporte linear pode posicionar o palete para armazenamento em ASRS. Estudantes pode fazer uso da presente kit para controlar o movimento linear do palete em relao posio de referencia adquirindo a capacitao nas vrias aplicaes utilizando controle de posicionamentos com sensor.

7. Licena de software de simulao, configurao e controle do sistema FMS / CIM O Software de Simulao CIM foi projetado para configurar e controlar o sistema FMS / CIM. O software mostra ao usurio os dispositivos disponiveis, anima a execuo para dar aos usurios uma melhor compreenso da forma operacional na tela virtual. O software funciona off-line e online. O software pode ser usado para configurar os drivers dos dispositivos, os modos, os temas, as placas de IO , as configuraes de usurio. O configurador permite projetar o layout de cho da fbrica, planejar os processos, determinar as sequncias entre outros.
