Kivar Holdings is also the promoter company of Subex Limited, a leading global player in the telecom software products space. Kivar Environ is the environmental business arm of the group. It operates in two critical areas namely, Solid Waste Management and Water & Waste Water Management. Kivar specializes in end-to-end solutions through a variety of models like Public Private Partnership (PPP), Build, Own, Operate & Transfer/Maintenance (BOOT/M) and Turnkey contracts.

The Management
Subash Menon Subash Menon founded Subex in 1992 and has been its CEO since its inception. Under his stewardship, Subex has transformed itself from a Systems Integrator in the telecom hardware space to a leader in the telecom software space with a niche focus in revenue maximization. Subash is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, India. Subash was featured by the Economic Times, Indias leading business daily, under the category Man of the Year which was part of its 2006 year-end compilation of significant people and events.
