The'Dubai'Exiles'Under'9s'is'an'important'part'of'the'Minis'and'Youth'section'of' the'Dubai'Exiles'Rugby'Club.''Under'9/Year'4'Rugby'is'the'first'year'of'contact'rugby' and'all'tournaments,'league'games'and'friendlies'will'be'seven'a'side'contact'rugby.'' Philosophy&
