H V Ross Robertson to move, That this House condemn the coup detat in the Central African Republic (CAR) and call on the government to work with the United Nations, the African Union and the Economic Community of Central African States towards a lasting peace in that country, and with the ICC and all States with jurisdiction over international crimes in taking prompt action to prevent and punish such crimes in the CAR.

Tim Macindoe to move, That this House congratulate the Hamilton Boys High School 1st XI Hockey team for comprehensively winning the prestigious Rankin Cup, including victory over Wellington College 8-1 in the semi-final and a 9-1 victory over Westlake Boys High School in the final, noting that the squad has been undefeated this season and has previously claimed the Waikato and Midlands intercity titles.

Wednesday, 18 September 2013 Tim Macindoe to move, That this House congratulate the Hamilton Boys High School 1st XV for winning the national secondary schools rugby championships with a 12-10 victory over St. Kentigern College this month, having previously defeated Wellington College 28-16 in the semi-final, noting that HBHS are also this years Super 8 and Chiefs Cup champions and that the St. Kentigern side had previously been undefeated in 52 consecutive matches since 2011.
