Building Transferability & Transparency in Your Business

The need for developing an effective growth strategy is a universal need for enterprises of all sizes. The franchising concept has stood the test of time and has given good paybacks both in good and turbulent phases of the economy. Having participated in the rapid growth of the franchising industry in India for the last sixteen years, I have seen how it has never been limited by externalities and has delivered on ambitious vision and well worked out strategy. As a strategy, franchising has at its core the principle of partnership. The partnership concept helps build a responsive network that adjusts itself both to the needs of the central vision and the ground realities of each franchised outlet as it harnesses the spirit of entrepreneurship inherent in all. Even though the central principle is simple to ensure results and growth, the need is to work out the details. The Indian Franchise Association is proud to announce the Franchise Knowledge Series a platform where Industry leaders will deliberate on how to build growth through a franchise network. I am pleased to welcome our members and to everybody interested in building growth to participate in the Franchise Knowledge Series and gain valuable insight on the important aspects of franchising. Gaurav Marya Chairman Indian Franchise Association
