The first four items must be completed prior to registration on August 23. If you arrive before Orientation on the 16th, you may do some of these ahead. Exchange Student Orientation & Immigration Briefing and Check-in (IBC)
Take your passport and travel documents to this required session; bring insurance waiver if not purchasing the UT policy and did not already send waiver. All students MUST schedule an appointment in advanceyou should attend one of the Exchange Student Orientations/IBCs on August 12, 13, 19 or 20.
